I, Peachyum, am requesting a subforum for sports. I realize the Lounge is a great place for off-topic conversation, however, at this time of year up through and usually until, well, this time of year again, there are numerous threads about teams, the differing sports, poker, what things people eat and drink while viewing such things as well as discussing Drio & Cav's new cheerleading outfits. I think you would find that such a subforum will have many more posts and threads than even the spectacular Gamers Lounge.

Any chance you would be willing to give it a trial run, say, for 30 days or so? Pretty please? (And if you do decide to allow a trial run, can the trial begin after Apple and I return from your neck of the woods so I can benefit from a full 30 days of not seeing sports mentioned?) :D

Can we also have subforums for each of the different tags? it would make the forums so much more organized.

oh, and while we are at it, can we break the sports subforum into separate subsubforums for all the different sports? I suggest different subsubforums for the following areas:

NFL
NCAA College Football
MLB
NBA
NHL
Soccer
Rugby
Poker
Cricket
Nascar

i think that would suffice for now. This would keep things so much more organized and neat in the Lounge.

I think this would be a great idea! And if possible, maybe make it possible to exclude multiple categories at the same time? Or even just make it possible to show only the categories a person chooses to see, kind of like ticking off each category that you want to show in the 'filter by category' area.

There are certain times where users will post random threads with random icons (sometimes even sports).
