all the ones I buy and use and have cashed have been western union ones. i have never had a problem with one. that's why many places tell you to fill out the m.o as soon as you get it, because if it's blank and gets lost, anyone can cash.

so by guaranteed I just meant, you don't have to worry about it "bouncing" or your bank not cashing them.

This is a legit site that's been around for quite some times, have never had a problem getting paid. I understand the concern about your SSN but like I said this is not a spam/phishing site.

According to the IRS you are supposed to claim ALL income. However, companies are NOT required to submit a form unless you make over $600 per year.
