-Contests requiring any monetary transactions what so ever (charity, paypal, referral, etc.) is not allowed!
-Contests requiring rep points (ie repping to get into the contest, etc.) is also not allowed.

What is the issue with publicly saying "X amount of posts required"? It saves the person from having to go through a bunch more PMs and posts. Some contests are 18+, some are for other specific criteria... I don't see the issue with publicly stating it.
