Having problems with shipping? I have a question maybe you can answer. Under my account credits it says "customer service credit for ..blah blah" - what does that mean? Do you have to pay full price and then email them for a refund? Or do they take the discount off at checkout?

You are faster than I am. Just saw the free shipping code at Snapfish front page while making a photo book @ Snapfish. It is not combined w/ other discount/promotion, though. It would void the other discount/promotion if one uses the free shipping code. Can't get everything free as it used to be!

for anyone trying to use this with their Oprah book credit from last week--you can't. The terms of the Oprah free book say you must pay shipping.

I tried numerous times to put the free shipping code in my cart with the book I was ready to order--and it would give me full price on the book.

As soon as I took the free shipping code out--the book credit popped on and my total was only the shipping charges.

DOH!

I just used this with my free Oprah book credit and it worked perfectly. I originally had problems with the book credit and customer service had just given me the credit today, so I don't know if that had anything to do with the code working - but my order was just totally free.

I'm working on a Flip Book and geez.. I took it down to 10 pages and its trying to charge me .99 cents. But thats not bad for me checking out with my flipbook, 50 free pictures for making an new account today plus free shipping. Can't beat that.

However it would be nice if the Flip Books they offered held more pages for free. They are pretty simple though and nice to write information inside. It was a rather quick process to make them.

**So I just found out how many pages you can use to get the Flip Book totally free.. its a lousey 5 pages :( Thats a bummer.. But oh well. Its a free "mini gift". Mini is right. These are small enough to fit in your purse.
