Does anyone know how good NY&C is about accepting returns? I bought a cotton sun dress there and wore it once. When I washed it, the side seam ripped all the way down the top! It's 100% cotton and machine washable, so this should not have happend. I still have my reciept.

As long as you have the receipt, it should be fine. They stand behind their products.

That's why anytime I order from the web site if I have to return something I take it to the store to exchange it. I remember a long time ago their receipts used to say no sale is ever final. Now I think they only give 30 days and if you don't have your reciept they give you the current sale price!

They didn't do it for me.

I think it depends on how well you know the employees. At the store I shop at, the girls are so great, they would probably do it. I think they have a policy stated on their receipts anyways - 7 day adjustment policy? Check for that.
If not, just tell the employee that either she adjust and give you that deal or you will return it and repurchase.

You can use any of the codes that people post here on clearance. The trick is to have something that doesn't end in .99 so you can use the code.

Ended up spending an additional 105 on their website just now (after a 40 coupon). Do you think if I call and complain about overpaying at the store that they will credit the 12 shipping I just paid?

If it's that much cheaper, why not purchase the items online, and then return them with the receipt from the store? That should work... I think. :)

Redlines (clearance) are not supposed to be included in the coupon deals HOWEVER... I always throw in something clearance and only once in 20 visits did they not include it. Also, all .99 ending items are not always clearance. In the store the clearance merchandise states REDLINE and all of the other advertised .99 ending merchandise can be included. So I don't see why not since it says any!

I just realized today that the $15 off with no minimum was for the day BEFORE Thanksgiving and not for the day AFTER!:mad:

Other than that .. i forgot to take my 30% off which would have saved me $3 . My total was $10 and my GC had $7. If i had taken my 30% off .. i wouldnt have to pay the difference of $3 :mad: .. Would the register apply the code without the 30% card if i said i forgot to bring one? I didnt even try :( !!! But i got a watch free when i bought a scarf and a pair of gloves! :)
