Is this the same issue I was having last week? I complained and they did credit me back $2 extra that they charged for total prior to coupon but it took like 3 emails of complaing to even get that.

That is interesting. I used the 25 off 50 in the past on redlines with no issues. I thought that the wording int he past just said that it excluded online redlines. Now the wording seems to exclude in-store redlines and clearance. :(

They never ask me anything. I did notice on my online rewards account that they adjusted it so I didn't get a new coupon after I made five more purchases.

One tip: If you are returning something, complete that transaction first because they tried to add the refund amount in my purchase so I didn't hit the $50.00 requirement trying to get me to buy more. After I argued with the cashier that it's my money and shouldn't work that way, I had her cancel the whole thing and just process the return and put it on a gift card. Then I shopped for the new items and made it $50 to get the $25 off. They have really terrible customer service inside the store here.

That is a nice sweater! I wore one of my tunics yesterday and it was so comfy and cute! I'm 5'2" so when I wore the tunic I left the bottom button open and it made it look less long and overwhelming for my size.

Ok, I just looked at the mailer and remembered that this is apparently only available if you are paying with a NY&Co credit card. (I'll update my post accordingly.)

If that isn't it, I do recall seeing the $15 show up early in the order but not show as subtracted til like the very last step in the purchase process.

I don't know if that counts for the discount! But I had to laugh when you said about the blank stare! Last year when I went in and told them it was the week of my bd and asked about the discount they were clueless! LOL Then the manager came over and I said I'm a rewards club member and I have the Ny&Co gold card what discount do I get during the week of my bd? She said you don't get anything! I had to call cs to find out what I was supposed to get! My guess is they won't give you both discounts together! Unless the sa's are nicer in your store then mine! You are probably better off using the $25 off $50!

I think yes. .47 is not considered as clearance item . It is normally .99 or .97 for clearance items. Sometimes SA don't notice it even if you buy something from clearance so it is very much YMMV. HTH :hug:

Used a coupon early morning without any problems. Went to a second store in the evening and was stalled. Was told that because of the promo, they were accepting coupons. I said I had used a coupon at another store earlier that day. Guess it was the manager she asked and then they started saying that the rewards coupons were probably different. She got on the phone to ask I don't know who, but wound up taking the coupon off anyway. Not sure if she got an anwer from anyone else or not. Not sure that any coupons would say that they can't be used in comination with other promos. Ususally say exclude redlines and clearance. Hate it that they try to change the rules.

i guess i saw it coming so i didnt make too much noise about it. but i also had the birthday 25% off coupon and they let me use that. not as good as the 25 off 50... still got some good deals though

Which style jeans did you try on? I have several pairs of Ny& Co jeans and they all have stretch (spandex) in the material including the skinny jeans. careful with the redlines though. the $25/$50 doesn't work on redlines or anything ending in .97... so actually with the B1G2 if its full price + the $25/$50 is a pretty good deal.

ETA: and i just checked, there's no exclusions on the $30/$75, $60/$150 if your wife plans on spending more than $50 and you want to use one of those.
