There is Thread Sorting Options on Edit Options in User Control Panel.
If you select Thread Start Date option in Default Sort Field drop down.
Forum start sorting by Thread Title instead of Thread Start Date.

Yes. I rechecked again. All other options works correct except Thread Start Date.
