Are you using the form or the email address. They seem to respond to the emails faster. I emailed them about a survey not crediting and was unsuccessful. I think after I cash out, i'm finished.

Emailing does no good. It can take months for them to reply or they won't reply at all.

I redeemed for two Amazon certs about 5 weeks ago and nothing yet, it still says processing (I know I'm supposed to give them 6.) So, after this, whether I get the certs or not, I'm done with this company. They stink.

What you need to do is take this survey and once you finish (completely) we will credit your account with 15,000 points! I hate them because if you do like three in a row and you dont qualify for the first two, but you do on the second one, it says that you have taken too many surveys in a short while and wont let you complete it.

YMMV I guess because if that's the same 4,500 survey I took yesterday [watching a tv show], I didn't get an error and the points were credited as soon as I was done.

Well today, I got a 2nd $20 Amazon Gift Card by email. I have no idea why or how, since I barely met the minimum points to get the first so its not like I purchased two to begin with. I guess I just lucked out and got an extra free $20 GC!

I just got a $10 walmart e-gift certificate in my inbox too. But I had cancel my account with them in early october. And I haven't been back to the site since. And i also like Brib had enough points to get the $10 walmart card then I canceled with them after receiving it. Now all of sudden I get another walmart e-gift card in my email. This is probably only one of the very few survey sites I don't belong to. Is it worth joining? From what I've read in the last 2 pages of posts it sounds like it takes them a really long time to send rewards.

They are still giving me the run around on my reward. First they tried to tell me they sent it which I know they didn't and I told them that. After that they said they reviewed my account and were sending out another card and I would have it last wednesday or thursday. Well that passed and they ended up saying my reward was being processed and I should have it any day now. Still no damn reward and i've emailed them 2 or 3 times today with no response. I'm in the process of reporting them to the survey police but I havn't got my conformation email from them yet. I told SayNation they need to get their act together and I would probably be quitting the site unless some drastic changes are made.

Quickly? :eek: I finally got mine GC that I ordered on 10/06. So it a little over 6 wks. I'll start taking their surveys again since for me they do pay (they had me worried for a while).

I would say - If you live with your parents or are legally considered living there (usually if you live in a dorm, your legal address is still your parent's address.) then your family income includes their income.

What do you put when it asks how many people in your household? -
often they ask for household income.

If you don't live with your parents, and you don't claim what they paid for your college expenses as income on taxes etc - and you have no other income - then zero income seems appropriate.

Your income should be figured as what you earn - what you would claim on taxes as your income...

If that is nothing then you should choose the "under 15,000" category
or whatever reflects that you have no income.

Your household income should be your 0 plus approx whatever your boyfriend's income is.

In surveys, you usually choose your income from a range, so it isn't going to look bad for you, plus you put "student" as your occupation - or unemployed or homemaker.
