Don't you hate it when invite surveys are already marked as closed when you just got the email ONE MINUTE before?

Has anyone ever had issues with them not giving you your points? I now have 2 surveys within a weeks time where the points were not credited. The first one was 5 days ago and I contacted support and no one has gotten back. I just completed the 99th one a few minutes ago and once again no points. Funny thing is that I would have almost met my goal with just one and been over it with both. I've never had any problems in the past and have gotten my 25 for each one I dq'd for this week.

Yeah, they did the same thing with me. I never received points on three surveys, so I decided to email them. They told me that the surveys fill up while your doing them and that there is only a certain number of people that can get points for a certain survey. When they fill up, the points won't be awarded. So basically they just didn't tell you it was full. It really made me mad though that I went through all that for nothing.

I have no clue if its really the right answer or not. Doesn't really make much sense to me. But that is what they told me. I think if you get through it they have to reward you the points, because its their problem. Oh well.

I got a $20 Amazon card in my e-mail from these guys almost a week ago - been trying multiple times a day since then to get it to credit to my account, but it won't post - keeps giving me a message: "We're sorry. An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes." Shot them an email last week, still haven't heard anything back from them. Is this something I should go to Amazon about directly?

Got this too but I never requested the GC so I have no idea what it was for. When I try to apply to my Amazon account I get the same error too.
I really believe that it was a glitch in saynations site- an they realised the error an stopped the GC.
I only request $25 paypals- never GC so no idea why we got this???

Heads Up: Amazing Project with Free New Products to Test!

Dear SayNation Member,

We have a great project for our SayNation members 18-35 years old! In order to
participate, you will need to provide your email address 2 times within the

Once you have qualified our partner will need to contact you regularly over the
next few months, and they will give you wonderful incentives along the way. The
incentives will include free products and/ or coupons for free products. In
order to protect the integrity of the study we can not tell you more than that,
except that it will be very interesting and the incentives are absolutely worth
the small amount of time.

Also, keep in mind that we take your privacy very seriously and have made
certain that you will not be contacted by our partner for any reason other than
participation in this project. If they do, please let us know immediately and we

I remember that at the beginning of the survey it was mentioned that the survey would be worth 500 points. Just checked my SayNation account and no points have been credited!

"Dear SayNation Member,

We have an awesome study that will give you awesome incentive and products for you to test at home! In order to qualify though, you must be willing to share your contact information with our partner, who will only use the information you provide to contact you during the coarse of this study.

We take your privacy very seriously and have strict measures in place to ensure that your personal information will not be resold or distributed by our partners during or after this study. Please feel free to share your personal contact information, knowing that we are protecting your privacy.

Also, you will be asked to enter your email address 2 times; once at the start of the survey, and once at the end of the survey. These will need to be the same email addresses or you will not be selected to participate.

To continue, please follow the link below to register:
The survey can be found at http://esurvey.saynation.com/?StudyID=31230
The survey will take about 10-20 minutes. Thanks for being a member of SayNation!"

And after I completed the whole damn thing, after I entered my name and email address for the second time (I made sure they were typed in good), this is the crap I got!

We are sorry but your current ID is not a valid ID for this particular survey. If you feel you have arrived at this page in error, please send a request for investigation and indicate code=37 by clicking on the "Customer Service" link below

It is the second time I get this kind of BS from them for the big surveys. The first one was a 3500 points and at the finish I got an error from their survey (imagine that! but I tried to retake the survey and it said I already did it! ... so was it an error or some other kind of BS?)
I sent them an email weeks ago about the 3500 points survey, with no answer ever. I just sent them another email about this new survey, hopefully someone will read it! I am so upset right now, I spent a lot of time answering this survey (BBQ)

Heres my say nation story. I did numerous surveys . Finally cashed out an amazon which I thought would be emailed. I waited about a month and a half and then I contacted them . They said it was mailed out. Well I said I never received it. Please email me the code Then I got a reply from customer service saying that the amazon was already deposited or used. I said by whom . That was the end of the correspondence. Waste of time.

I gave up on SayNation almost as soon as I joined. I got tired of being disqualified for surveys after answering a bunch of prequalifying questions. All of which are in my profile anyway. You'd think they wouldn't send out surveys if you aren't remotely close to the qualifications.

Too much bother for too little payout.

Dear SayNation Member,

You recently completed 1 or 2 parts of a 4 part survey for 4,000 points, and might have noticed those points are now missing from your account. Due to a technical problem you were sent to the complete screen, and not to the rest of the survey to finish up. We and our partner are working on this issue right now, and hope to have it resolved within the next few days. If there is no resolution to this, we will award you with credit for the portion you completed.

Inportant Note: The points have been frozen in your account pending completion of the remaining 2-3 sections, and will be released upon completion. In addition to that, and as our way of thanking you for your patience, we will also give an additional 1,000 points to any member who returns and completes all 4 sections.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's the reason why some people lost 4000 pts.

Yeah, I dunno either. I think the survey I did was 3,000 points and it was a 40 min survey. Then the next day I was down 4,000 points. Well, I'm glad someone heard back from them, cause I haven't yet. Hopefully they will get the problem fixed soon enough for all of us that are missing points.

6/12/2009: Catalog Point Correction

We made a mistake! Earlier this week we adjusted the value of SayNation points. Response to this event was loud, clear and….negative. SayNation really cares about what you think….after all, we are in the business of finding out what people think about things. Effective immediately, we have switched back to the previous point values of all items in the catalog. Anyone who cashed out at the new point values will receive a refund of points into their account. We have lots of new surveys starting this month and have sent out hundreds of giftcards and PayPal deposits in the last few days, so please watch your email more survey invitations.

Why can't I login in to my account? It also says that my email isn't valid but I still get emails from the site. Any reasons?

Have you signed in within the last six months?

Rule # 6.
You must visit SayNation.com at least once every 6 months to maintain your point balance.
After 6 months of no activity, account balances will be cleared.

Regardless, sounds like you should contact them...

I just signed up for this yesterday and did all of the surveys on the home page and then received an email for a 3000 pointt one and finished it after what seemed like an hour and it didnt go through. So I sent say nation a message with a copy of what the window from my survey said. Do you think Ill ever hear from them?

I've had the worst experience with SayNation. I cashed out for Walmart e-gift card in March. I never got it, so I emailed them, and they responded that it was mailed to me via USPS which is strange for e-gift card. Well, it never came and I tried emailing them again and never heard anything back. I must have sent about 7 emails now and never got a response.

Got my $20 Amazon GC last night. Cashed out on 6/22 and got my GC on 6/9 (about 2 weeks). Second time in a row that I got my GC within 2 weeks . Looks like they are fianally getting better at sending out payments!

Or maybe just GC payments. Still slow as ever with PayPal [I've been waiting since 6/9].

They used to be a lot better. I would get 20 dollar amazon GCs about every 2 months. Now they are starting to use OTX a lot more and i hate that

I rarely qualify for any of their surveys anymore because of OTX. Also I've noticed the average amount of points for each survey email invitation seems to have gone down. The emails still claim they're 10-20 minutes long but lately I've been getting a ton that are only a few hundred points when those same ones used to be around 1,000-2,000 before.

I'm still waiting for my paypal payment and 2 amazon GC's I redeemed for back in august myself. I emailed them on thursday of last week and they said I should have them "soon". but how long is soon? seriously... :(

The OTX surveys have been what's gotten me DQ'd a lot of the time too, or just clicking on the link in the e-mails they send saying there's a survery available end up sending me to a page that says I DNQ. When I've been getting e-mails concerning surveys worth like 1,000 or 2,000 they are always OTX.

A couple days ago I got excited when I got an e-mail from them about a 4 part survey that would pay 2,000 points for each part. I'm sure you all know how I felt after clicking on the link and ending up on the start page for an OTX survey.... :(

In my experience they used to take about 5 weeks but my last redemption was the slowest yet and actually took 7 weeks [ordered 7/13, PayPal was sent 9/1] so I don't know what that was about but I hope that isn't going to be the norm for them now...

I no longer do their surveys . I unsubscribed after it took me nearly FIVE months to get my $10 B&N gc. First they said they had sent it and had to check first with B&N to make sure that it had not been used. That made me mad cause I know I hadnt received it/used it Then they kept saying "they were checking on it" hoping I would give up. Finally, I had enough and sent a not so patient email. The gc suddenly arrived, no problem! ::rolleyes:

I joined a few months ago and can count the number of surveys I've actually qualified for through them on one hand. They have WAY to many OTX surveys too.
