I need to find out what options if any I have on replacing this power supply. The old one blew up and I was wondering if there any other options besides ordering it from dell. If your wondering what happened to the old one, put it this way 110 and 220 don't play nice together.:(

A regular ATX PSU will work in the 410. You don't have to buy from Dell. Get an auto-sensing PSU to avoid this in the future.

plenty of options to choose from. list your video card(s), number of optical and hard drives, SATA or not.

Are you sure it is a standard ATX power supply. Seems a little more square. My other computer has a auto sensor, which is nice, but made me forget to check this one. Oh well

Well, I'm pretty sure the 410 isn't any different than the XPS 400. I had a standard OCZ Modstream in the XPS 400. Of course, there is always a chance certain PSUs won't fit. But, I know an OCZ Modstream will.

Same question... and same problem... but for an older Dimension 4550.

Stupid 220. Not my fault tho... it was the power company's fault.
