I tried this and it works.
I have a Verizon Wireless phone and have registered at www.vtext.com so emails sent to USERNAME@VTEXT.COM will go to my cell phone. I'm sure other service providers have something different.
To register multiple emails with slickdeals, just separate them with semicolons...
e.g. USERNAME@VTEXT.COM;username@aol.com
The verification email will be sent to both addresses. You have to do the verification with the real email address for obvious reasons.
You are not always at your computer when that perfect deal comes through. Now you can get the alert wherever you are... Then the mad dash begins to find the nearest computer, because with a 160 character text limit, you can't be sure just how good the deal really is.
