im introvertive in that id rather be at home with a couple people than out on the town, but im an extrovert in that i am very expressive, outspoken, etc.

There is value in both traits, IMHO neither is superior; they're just different.

If someone is trying to decide, ask yourself a couple of questions:Do I think before I speak, or speak to find out what I think? Would I rather be alone or in a group? Do I focus on what I know inside or what others think?
Function or appearance?

I's tend to select the first of each item in the above comparions, E's tend towards the second.

Definitely an introvert. I am an extrovert online, but in public, I tend to withdraw into my own little shell. I have problems with people staring at me because of the way I walk and would love to confront them, but am too shy and scared to.

I'm definitely an extravert, although I do like my alone time.

Before looking at the poll results, I would have put my money on most people on an online chat forum to be introverts. Wouldn't take much to figure that one out. ;)

But, I am defintely an extrovert. I do like my time alone once in a while. But, I enjoy life more when I am with people.
