You can just ask the cashier for a form to fill out to get the card - they should give it to you right there. It takes about 3 minutes.

When I pull it up with the tracking number on my box there's a different # listed as the tracking number, but nothing listed as a ref #. Would the # that comes up on the site as the tracking number be the ref #?

probably not, you could try it tho...

I'm guessing there's no assigned ref # and we'll all just have to wait :lol:

OMG! Went to my apt office bldg today to pick up a package. The package was the 7 moisturizers that i took the survey about a while ago!! I am sooo excited! All of the creams look very expensive and i get to try them all. Anyone else receive them?
