The Halo 3 Double EXP Weekends continue on (in spite of whatever day the calender insists it is) with the very latest playlist addition: Grifball. The Grav Hammer based fan-favorite gametype is firmly grounded in Foundry and is loosely based on soccer. For those who are arriving late to the Grifball party, the game is very simple: get the ball in the goal without dying. But you'll have to try to get your playing in before 2am Monday morning, as that's when the "Double EXP Weekend" ends. The Grifball playlist is live now.

Huzzah! It's time for another Halo 3 Double EXP Weekend! This week, the playlist doling out double experience points is none other than ... Grifball! Everybody likes Grifball (except Grif, we imagine). Better yet, this playlist does not require the Legendary Map Pack, so everyone with a copy of Halo 3 can join the fun. Just remember, while hitting people with swords and giant hammers to prevent them scoring a goal might sound fun, it is absolutely unacceptable in real life sports. Keep it Halo 3. The Double EXP Weekend has already started, so log on and start racking up the points.

SWAT has its own playlist now. Griffball is fun. It's nice to play alternative gametypes every now and then.

Halo 3 has had double xp weekends for a while now. SWAT is a gametype where you have no shields. It's usually a BR start and you kill people by getting headshots.

you're kidding right...do people still play this game.....? you are not in touch with reality sir. it was #2 on the most played Xbox Live titles last week. and has hovered around the top 5 since it came out
