I can never understand when they say there is nothing they can do.
It's more like....there's nothing we can do 'cause we don't really want to do anything about it and we don't care if it's an inconvenience for our customers...they're just going to have to deal with it.
Of course they can do something about it. Just forward the problem to whoever is in charge of their programming or whatever. Come on.

I know this isn't really a big deal. This time. It just irks me that they have issues they aren't willing to resolve to make it a better experience for us. They don't care if they cause an inconvenience.

I think they are tracking it by the email links since it went directly to the screen to choose a nickname..I'm not worried about it, SurveySpot is great at making things right when there is an incentive issue-well, at least from my experience

i think you have to have a $5 minimum to receive your checks but you can go to their site and log in it will tell you all by looking into your account. good luck. you have to tel them when you want your money they do not automatically send them to you.

they are also going to be going to pay pal so it will be easier, it used to be 10 to cashout, now its 5

I did have a project they called me for and it was for $100 but it was an hour before so they gave me $200 for the last minute!!! I will never make $200 for an hour of work again!! I have been on SurveySpot for almost 2 months now, and I have yet to see any of my rewards show up on my account. I have done several surveys that offer payment, does it normally take this long?

Is anyone else waiting longer than usual for a check? Everyother time I've cashed out I have received my check within 2 weeks, but I cashed out on June 15th and still havn't received it.
