O.K. guys I could use some helpful advice. I found SD back in January, and started to explore many of the sites like Surveyspot. I think I signed up for SS in Feb. Anyway I log on regularly and do surveys, NEVER getting e-mail invites for a paid survey. After reading some comments here I downloaded the toolbar and started trying to find surveys thru the toolbar (and your right, the 9 min. of tv commercials needs to die!) Anyway I decided that I would hammer thru and something good would come my way. Lo and behold I did get a few for 1-3$, then last week I completed a survey for a pt. I entered my address ect...then when I was directed back to SS I got a message stating that they could not locate my account??? I sent an e-mail and I did receive a prompt if depressing response. They are unable to locate a membership for my e-mail? Now keep in mind that I can log into the site and my name comes up on the screen, I am very confused. Does anyone have a clue what I should do next? Should I signup again?
On the bright side, the lack of paid invites is not due to my demographics, I just do not exist...LOL.

Even more aggravating is I just got a new email saying that I could do the 7pm and they were sorry for the earlier 3:00 invite ( which is logging in at 5:30 my time) and I go this at 5:45. Of course they were already filled by the time I got in there. If they would have let me know sooner or not messed with the orignal time in the first place I would have been logged in and waiting at 5:30!

When you have paint open, click on edit at the top then click on paste.

I get that all the time. Dont worry. It will go away. If you take a lot of their surveys or keep refreshing the page it usually shows up. Just keep trying every few hours and be sure to clear cookies.

I recommend not doing any non paying ones, because if they see you doing more of them, they will continue to send low paying one or not sending any paying ones. I noticed this after doing a few short non paying ones. I was in a non paying survey slump for a few weeks after that.

On non paying ones, I enter do a few questions and see if it could be an invoke (focus group), or a PT if not then I will dq myself or simply close that window and continue. Refreshing can bring some news randomly, so I would refresh a few times after you have no more surveys. As far as searching for a certain survey, it can't be done.

I took one and was disqualified at that same point. My husband got the same one and qualified. On mine when it came to the email thing, it had something like decoy written by the question number. When my husband took it, he qualified and when I asked him about the email address thing, he said that question never came up.

I think it's nothing to do with email addresses, it's just a point where they disqualify you. I have no idea why they do that.

Same here, I have come across several times of Communispace application and seen the same question. The ones that I am qualified to apply did not have an question about the numbers of my email addresses. It's definitely no difference for you to check none, 1 or 2 or 3 or so, it's just a sign to disqualification.

Mine is the lotion too....Maybe this is just the same email they sent out before. I remember getting another delay email saying they were going to send in Sept a few weeks ago but I deleted it and I just couldn't remember if the dates in Sept had changed or not. So it's quite possible this says nothing new.

Oh I just got the J&J email. Reminder about the delay + confirmation of shipping dates. Also, they asked to fill out a survey again (1 min) confirming you still are available to participate - so be sure to do that if you get the email.

That $20 thing sounds like SS is trying to help Lightspeed Panel recruit members for their Consumer Say company that they have. I read online that in the past the reward was A LOT more then $20 in the past. I wouldn't give that information to a company like that for any price though.

Shannonmk - I've had my share of issues with plug ins, browser, etc. This is an email I had gotten from them with one of my not-so-happy adventures during an invoke. And believe these links provided some valuable information to clean up one's 'puter.

Try to call them at 781-810-2700 which is listed in their homepage. I have once called invoke when I have problem in the midst of an invoke and here is the number that the analyst called me back 723-756-7116. But, they are not too fast in responding to voicemail. The guy called me back the next day night and the problem was solved already.

I got invited to do it through Lightspeed. I cannot believe they'd even consider asking people for their user name and password to login to their financial institution's website! It's just nuts. Like I want people having free range to my credit card accounts.

yes!!! I havent found even one invke on SS. eventhough i tried so much.

Just got a survey from surveyspot to join consumersay.com to receive $20, I was going for it but consumersay asks for logins to your online credit card accounts and if you don't have online banking you need to sign up so they have access to it, so I decided to cancel.

sweepstakes are just plain ridiculous to do ..really who freeging ever wins..1 or 2 in a blue moon. I would consider doing some more often, if i knew a more reasonnable amount of people actually won but until then,if i do take one here and there, its only because i think they might lead to something else.

Same here, I might do a $1 once in a blue moon, but they are usually around 10 min. or less.

Some can take as long as six weeks to be credited, it all depends on how fast a survey is filled or the preset closing date.

When I first started out, it took me about a month to start getting rewards. Then they stayed steady as long as you keep doing them. Otherwise when you stop it seems like it takes forever to get back on track to reagular payments.

i dont know about anyone else but im not getting qualified for any of these surveys they send me i cant contact them im getting an error messege when it tells me i didnt qualify but i can do the instant win game but it want take me to the page says cookies may be disabled but i have cookies enabled is this happening to anyone else?????

No problems here. As far as you qualifying for surveys, I'm guessing your not in the correct demographics right now. Keep trying and you will soon have better luck. I usually have a slump for about a month out of the year, with intermittent no paid surveys.

Just had this survey pop up with NO incentive, I'm getting real tired of SurveySpot, i use to get 3-5 paying surveys a day now its 2 and only qualify sometimes. Its a good thing I've gotten more emails from Opinion Outpost and others.

Just a heads up on this one. If you pick the 'wrong'(as in the one that leads to part 2) answer after the first twenty minutes they switch over to another company and it turns into a 40 minute survey.
