Yeah I got that at the end of mine too! It must of been a mistake because before that it said the right date during the survey. That is likely the dates from the last PT they did for this because they do them in batches or least that's been my experience. I've done a couple toaster pastries and cereal ones a few months apart for the same companies.

It's all about the demographics, certain parts of the year they are looking for young, middle aged, old, etc. Usually in the summer they look for young people, winter is more for middle aged and older people. But if you have highly educated family that works in marketing, or other similar positions, you won't ever qualify :( I hope for the best you and your upcoming surveys!

Survey Spot changed the time on me a few weeks ago. I got the email 30 minutes before the start and went about some other business. Later when I checked my email, there was another email from SSI, stating that the original time had been reinstated. It came in 15 minutes before scheduled start time, I got it 10 minutes after the start and was too late to sign in

I think it's the same Invoke that Greenfield offered, the info came pretty late from them too, just before the session, so I think it's not Spot's fault but the Invoke folks.The 8:30 session is over now...

Usually you can tell because the ones for PT are 5-12 minutes. I've done so many that I can start a survey and tell in the first few minutes if it's a PT or not. If it's not, I'll X it out and not complete so I'm not doing any for free. I can also tell on paid ones when it's about to boot me and I'll X those out too, especially if I've put some time in them. I'm not giving them what info they did get from me for free. It's funny because I'm pretty sure they know I've done most of the survey and want the info because they will send the link 5-6 times for me to complete it. Nope, not going to happen. :lol:

Usually after the initial demo questions, they'll get right to the point and ask what products you use and if you've picked the right ones, there will only be a couple questions more like how much and how often you buy before they ask if you have food allergies or skin problems, then you're in like flynn. The PT don't get into lots of specifics on the product or where you buy it. Invokes are much harder to tell but the PT ones have been all the same pretty much.

After I made it to the end and entered my email address for the game, it gave me an error message: "the url is incorrect. Please double check the url and try again." Luckily, I have saved some screen shots and the contacts. I will email SS and XXX to see what's going on. What's a mess. It took me some long to refresh and refresh and refresh the pages to make it to the end!

I gave it a final chance before closing the browser then it worked again! Spun and got $7.

I hate this CNN Panel thing. The videos take like an hr to download then they freeze up half way through. Tried taking the surveys on different computers / locations but the same thing. I've given up on this until they fix the download speeds.

I did it last year for LightSpeed (and LightSpeed is screening for it again now). They send you a $10 VISA gift card up front, plus $50 at the end. The process is a pain in the butt, but it's not too bad unless you drink a lot of different beverages over the course of the day.

I always enjoy their little cassino slot machine they offer at the end of a survey to enter more entries into their sweepstakes. I get tons of surveys from them, but I'd say 90% of them are sweepstakes which I won't do, and 5% of them when I take the survey, sometimes within 1 min of receiving the email, it will say they have received the desired number of respondents. So I must be way down on the totem pole of their survey email list. lol
