For those of you in the Northeast, Price Chopper has selected General Mills cereal on sale for 4 for $10, with an in-ad bonus P.C. coupon to make it 4/$6 with P.C. card.
The selected cereals are Cinnamon Toast Crunch 12.8 oz, Cheerios Oat Crunch 11.3 oz, Honey Nut Cheerios 12.25 oz, Reese's Puffs 13oz, Cheerios 14 oz and Lucky Charms 11.5 oz.
There are $2/2 General Mills Cereal MQs from SS (4/6/08, 4/13/08 and 5/4/08) which brings the price down to $4 using 2 of these MQs.
There are also $1/2 printable bricks MQs here (http://slickdeals.net/?sduid=204770&sdtid=818148&sdfid=38&u2=http://speed.pointroll.com/content/generalmills/index.htm).
Coupons.com has a printable $0.55/1 MQ for Lucky Charms. P.C. automatically doubles all coupons under $1 so if you're able to print 4 of these MQs you can get 4 Lucky Charms for $1.60!

I created a WIKI so that each week we change the deals and have them show up here.
[Note: Remember not all Price Choppers double coupons.]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Price Chopper will double manufacturer's coupons less than $1.00. Prices listed reflect doubling where applicable. (Not applicable in all stores)
2. Earn $.10 off each gallon of gas (up to 20 gallons) for every $50 you spend. These will also accumulate over time so you can earn whole dollars off each gallon of gas. (Regional.)
3. Don't forget about the iSaveToday Coupon Dispensers! Make sure you scan your card to print new coupons every week
4. If you are unfamiliar with any of the abbreviations I use here, please the original post here (http://wanderingpeanut.blogspot.com/2008/10/price-chopper-coupon-matchups-1026-111.html)
5. Some stores have 50% of total coupon saving rule: Once the value of your coupons (including doubles) exceeds 50% of your total, all coupons after that will not double. Some people include a gift card in their orders to increase the total, paying with a gift card from a previous purchase.

Thanks, I totally missed that coupon when I was looking thru the ad.
Btw, my Price Choppers only double up to a dollar. Meaning if you use a 55 cent coupon, they'll only put it in as $1, not $1.10.

Oh, I didn't realize the doubling policy varied on a store by store basis. My receipt shows the $0.55 coupon was doubled. I also had a $0.75 MQ for another product that was doubled to give me $1.50 off total.

I always interpreted that to mean that they would double the face value of any coupon, assuming the face value were not more than $1.00. So $0.55 would double to $1.10, but you could not double a coupon that had a face value of $1.50. I wonder which is actually the case...
Anyway, thumbs up and repped OP, I am in the Northeast and would like to see the establishment of a weekly Price Chopper thread. They usually time their promotions to coincide with the P&G inserts, and they often do a 'double any P&G coupon up to $3.00 face value' deal with it.

I thought that too until I got mad because I thought the cashiers were always putting my coupons in wrong. Then I found out it only goes up to $1. :blush2: The policy varies in different regions.

Fry's has a deal where you buy 4 boxes for $8 and they take $4 off of your order. I just bought 4 boxes of honey bunches of oats and used a $2 off coupon (chocolate flavor) and only paid $2 for 4 boxes :)

There was also a coupon in some papers (not sure what date) for 50 cents off General Mills Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch Bar. If you have 4 of those coupons they'll take $4 off making it $2 for 4 boxes.
The printable Lucky Charms coupons say do not double but both times I've used it, the cashier did double it. It took off 55 cents and 45 cents.

Me, too!!! I think this should be the OFFICIAL Price Chop thread!!!
I'm in Upstate, NY, too!
I also wanted to add that Suddenly Salad is 4/$5 this week. There is a .40 Q on coupons.com for it that can be doubled so $1.25 each - $.80 = $.45 each. Not too shabby! :peace:

I went to pc yesterday. Not sure if you all know, they have a "coupon printer" that you scan your shoppers card into by the front door. I've only ever used 1 or 2 of the ones that print out but who know....you might get lucky with some good ones!
Also, I used B0g0 Sobe h20 Q yesterday as they were $1 each and found a tearpad (at K-mart) for b0g0 Lipton White tea bottles and bought those yesterday, too. They were $1 each plus b0g0 Q, so .50 a bottle!!!
They have a deal going on too, if you spend $15 on select Kraft products you get $5 for next trip. I bought 3 kool-aid 6-packs and 16 mac and cheese and got my $5.
I also found tearpad Q's for Kellog's Yogurt bites for $1/1. They were on sale for 2/$4.
All in all, had a great run....$26 for a bunch of stuff! :)

I have started using that coupon printer too. Today I got a decent one for $0.75 off the $5.99 24 pack Price Chopper ice cream sandwiches. The $3.79 12 packs were on sale B1G1 Free and the $0,75 coupon scanned with no beeps to make it $3.04 for two 12 packs.
It didn't double as the coupon code started with '9' instead of '5'.

yes we definetly need a price chopper weekly thread...
especially with the new gas advantage...
i paid 3.31$ a gallon for gas yesterday!!! saved 50 cents a gallon!!
best coupon ive seen for price chopper lately is the 75 cents off jj's sorbet... it makes it 2.49$... after the couple being doubled to 1$
last week that sorbet was b1g1 so then you ended up paying 1.50$ for two pints of sorbet!!

I changed the thread title to be more generic so this can be kept as a Price Chopper "weekly deals" thread.
Some quick notes from the weekly ad:
Orville Redenbachers popcorn is BOGO, use 2 $0.40/1 MQs from 5/18 SS. Works out to $1.60 off after doubling. I think you'll need to hand your P.C. card after the coupons are scanned in order for the 2nd MQ to go through without beeping.
Poland Spring 24 pack water is $3.99. Use $1/1 bricks printable MQ here (http://www.polandspring.com/EXT/PolandSpring/aquapod/default.aspx?CID=BAC-PSAPCoupon-sPromo06&sz=sPromo).
Yesterday I saw Kraft Parmensan cheese as an unadvertised lower price of $2.99. There's a $0.55/1 MQ in 5/18 SS which makes it $1.89 after doubling. These are usually $4.99.

Just a heads up here. You may want to DECODE that MQ in the ad for the FREE Rolls WYB Vlasic item. If you don't know what I mean....go to Dealideal.com and register (it's free). Then click on shopper's toolkit and coupon decoder. Enter the code starting with the small 5 on the coupon on the left and ending with the small 3. (You don't have to ender the numbers on the right bar code). You'll  the results!!!
Also I noticed:
OM Deli Creations $1.99 - $1 MQ (My DH LOVES these)
Tyson Nuggets, patties, Tenders or Fajita Kit $4.99 - $3 Tyson MQ(credit to Target Deals thread) = $1.99
Lawry's Marinade Bogo- There are $1/1 MQ's that I found on bottles at P&C.
Suddenly Salad $1.25 Each and there are .40 Q's on coupons.com so $.45 each
Bush's Beans are $1.25 - $1.00 MQ
Keebler cookies $1.59 so 2/3.18 - $1 MQ is $2.18 for 2 or $1.09 each!!!
Colgate Total TP $2.00 each so -$1.50 MQ (found in All You Mag) is $.50 each (not that any of us NEED any more TP!!!)

Just a quick report to confirm that the $7 unilever coupon is based on the original retail price, so this is a money maker with the right coupons.
I just did the following test:
$4.19 x 3 Breyers ice cream
$2.99 x 4 lipton tea to go
Subtotal: $24.53
-4 x $0.60 lipton mqs
-4 x $0.60 lipton mqs (doubled)
-2 x $2.99 lipton bogo sale
-3 x $1.71 breyer sale
-1 $1/2 breyer coupon from the iSave printer in store.
Total $7.62.

The sign at the CS desk says limit 4 doubles, but the registers don't appear to know anything about that. I guess it's YMMV then.
I always try to hand my PC Card after coupons so maybe that makes a difference. I know some cashiers will refuse to scan coupons until scanning the PC Card first, but I like the coupons scanned first to avoid the "can't use coupon on free item" beep on BOGOs.

Yes, I picked 3 Breyers + 4 liptons since the total sale prices of that was $13.42 but the regular price was $24.53. So I figured if the reward printed I'd know for sure it was based on the regular retail price.

Be careful using the $7 coupon on your next order. I just went to PC and made 2 orders. Both times, after the $7 coupon was scanned, the rest of the coupons had problems. The cashier claimed it was because you can't use two coupons on BOGO items but coupons didn't work for non-BOGO items either. Both receipts say "Coupon Rule 50% of Order Reached." Maybe not all stores are like this but I'm going to make sure I give the $7 coupon last so if it doesn't go through I'll just pay cash.

Nice one!!
I did 3 more orders yesterday and all my coupons went through fine, even with the BOGO items. I scanned my card after scanning a few items (self-checkout) so I'm not sure if that made a difference or the fact that I gave the cashier my $7 coupon after all the other coupons were put through. I had no problem with rolling them.

No biggie, you KNOW I'm going to try it again!!!
Just a quick note for the Bertolli's (good deal alert).
This is what I did:
Bertolli x 7 @ $2.79 = 19.56
+1 dove deo @ $2.49 = 22.05
- $7 in Bertolli MQ
- $2 Dove Q  = 13.05
- PC discounts for Dove & Bertolli of $9.52 is OOP of $3.53 and get back $7 Catalina:yahoo:
That's great! I'm just waiting for my Bertolli coupons to come in the mail. They are for the Premium sauce but I think they should go through. I've been using the Hellmann's with Olive Oil coupon for all different varieties.
Speaking of Hellmann's...
$23.94 - 6 Hellmann's ($3.99 each)
-$8.94 - PC Sale
-$6.00 - Hellmann's Coupons (Olive Oil ones)
----------
$9 and get a $7 coupon - that's 33 cents a jar
You could also make it cheaper by substituting the 6th jar of Hellmann's with something less expensive like the Ragu pouches.

The Bertolli's that I was talking about (I think) ARE the premium sauce (that is in packets???) So you should be just fine!!!
Also for a cheap filler, too, (if you need it) notice my post above with the DOVE in it. It is reg priced at $2.49 (this is the smaller one) and on sale for $2 and goes nicely with the $2 MQ  making it FREE and counting toward your $20 final Unilever total!!! :yahoo:

I didn't realize the retail price of Wisk was so high: $6.29!
Wisk is on sale for $3.99 and if you don't have the $1.50 MQ there's a printable $0.75 MQ that will double to $1.50: http://www.wisk.com/promotion/coupon.aspx
This morning I bought:
3 x $6.39 Wisk
$1.99 Suave
$21.16 subtotal
-3 x $2.40 wisk sale
-.10 Suave sale
-3 x $1.50 wisk MQ

I checked at my store and the normal price for the Wisk was $5.99 but it also had a tag saying $4.99 good till July 4th or something like that. So I wasn't sure if it would count $4.99 or $5.99. I'll check it on the price scanner next time. It won't be free but I can always use laundry detergent. I hope they aren't all gone because the shelves were pretty sparse when I looked.

...I also didn't really as far as for the gas advantage program, they go by your original amount of what you SHOULD HAVE spent and not your real amount that you paid! ChaChing!!! I say!!!
For me, the advantage only counts the actual amount paid. Also, the Sunoco's around here have jacked up the price of gas $0.10/gallon higher to compensate I guess.

Also forgot to mention, when I scanned my card for the coupons that print yesterday I got a FREE can of wet dog food Q for .99 (can't remember the brand name) it was something new from Delmonte and also a $2 off Old Montery taq or quesadillas. I chose the quesadillas as I LoVE them and they were $1.99 with the Q. So keep an eye out on them.
ALSO, be on the lookout for a tic tac display (mine was up near the SCO) and there were little booklets there with tic-tacs on cover. Inside there were these MQ's:
$.75/1 Jolly time popcorn
$1/1 Chiquita Fruit or veggie bites
$.40/1 Success rice
$1/1 Colgate Max fresh toothpaste
$.55/2 Tic tacs
$1/1 Nutella

I normally don't bother with those coupons because I never used to get anything good but I scanned my card yesterday and got coupons (including Breyers) and today I scanned it again at different store and got more coupons with another Breyers one! I'm not sure if it's one/day or one/store.

I have scanned my card at the same store every day this week. The sheet is the same each time with Breyers at the top. I've picked up 10 breyers coupons including ones people left sitting at the bottom of the kiosk.
The only other decent coupon I'm getting from that sheet this week is $1.50/2 poland spring water 24-pack, which is on sale for $3.99 this week.

If you have a Stop and Shop nearby they are running the same deal starting today. It's a little better there since you can scan your own coupons at the self checkout.
Also, I tried using two $7 Unilever catalinas and the 2nd one beeped "Manager approval required" but the manager on duty pushed it through. I guess I'll save the extras for getting $7 off beef, which is the one thing that's the hardest to get a coupon deal for.

I noticed a few people mentioning how they don't feel like they have much time to match sales and coupons. I don't think anyone else has mentioned something similar, but I receive my ads on Thursday morning so I am willing to try to post them on here by Thursday evening. With summer approaching I will be able to do it pretty regularly as I am a teacher and we only ha ve 20 days left of school. The ad I receive is for the Worcester, MA Fair location. Unfortunately my receipts only seem to count my actual out of pocket totals. That really stinks since I bought almost $300 worth of Unilever products last week but my OOP was $50 so I only got $0.10/gallon out of that.
Does anyone know if this varies from store to store on whether the OOP total counts instead of the retail price total?

Hi All,
Was out at the lake at camp this weekend. My sale is for Freihoffer's cookies, too, must be regional. Not much to report. Seems as though lot of the same stuff is on sale. I gotta say I LOVED last week!!!
Don't forget the Good Seasons dry salad mix prints back Catalina's as I posted above.

yea i bought 13 papers today... so ive got a ton of the double any coupon up to 3...
i was thinking about doing the 1.50 colgate q or the gillette shave gel q thats 1.50...

I was too busy with Target and CVS and didnt have a chance to look at Price Chopper yet.
I don't see the double coupons up to $3 in my ad.
There's a mail-in-rebate for $10 wyb $30 worth of P&G health & beauty items but I couldn't come up with a set of P&G MQs that would bring the cost back close to $10.
Also there is an in-ad PC coupon for free salsa wyb 2 Tostitos chips which could probably be combined with 2 of the $1/1 Tostitos MQs.

I don't have the Double up to $3 Q either in my ad...must be only regional....:weeping:
But, in my ad there is a B1G2F Perdue boneless breaded chicken strips. There is also a $2 Perdue Q on coupons.com (printable) that would go nicely with that.

Couple of questions...
The Perdue $2 q- isn't that for perfect portions? Are you just using that one and it slides through? Cashiers at my PrCh tend to look very closely at q's.
Doubling policy- A sign outside of the store says they double, but I have yet to see evidence of this on any receipts. You don't have to do anything for them to do this right?
Anyone in the North East want to share their stores doubling policy?

Well, it's easier to do at the SCO..but I do it because then the Q's don't beep for BOGO's and such. (using 2 q's on 2 items but they are BOGO with card) (The SCO the cashier still has to scan Q's). I think I learned that little trick from Robowler or VEnus??? Can't remember.

The register will beep with message "coupon not allowed on free item" if the PC BxGy free sale has already been applied to the item via your card. Some cashiers will push it through, but most will read the message and hand you back your coupon.

who else has ideas!!
we need to figure out something to jack up our spending totals to get free gas while not having to actually spend cash.......
how about buying gift cards ?
I had to buy an Amex gift card today and decided to get it at PC to see if it counted towards the gas spending total, but unfortunately it didn't. I didn't think it would work anyway as that would be too easy to rack up spending points by buying a $100 Amex GC, then keep buying new $100 GCs and paying with the previous GC.

Yes and yes. If you use a $3 coupon, $6 will get taken off - or if the product is less than $6 you get it for free. And you can use more than 2 double coupons per card. You just can't use more than 2 at a time (technically you could but the cashier will usually say no).

i thought the double to 3 means you can do 1.50 coupon to 3...
are you sure you can double a 3$ coupon to size? then you could double the 4$ fusion to 6 and get the 10$ gift card thing for spending 30 on pg prdocuts

You can't use the Fusion $4 coupon because they'll only double coupons with a face value of $3 or less. That would have been nice though.

id imagine just like with doubling a 75cent coupon to one dollar automatically that a 4 or 5$ off coupon would just double to six dollars. so it would still be 6$ off...
but that deal still isnt that good imo considering target there paying you to take them out of the store this week...
as far as coupons to use since we've confirmed it doubles to 6...
im thinking colgate $1.50 off x 2....
cuz the colgate is 2 for $5 so thats 2 toothpastes for free.
or the crest healthy radiance 3$ off coupon will make that stuff only $2.99
i think the best method of attack is trying to do the pg deal where you get the 10$ gift card by mail...
however id imagine you have to buy all that stuff at once so you can only double up to 6$ 2 coupons...

-$3.00 Coupon Doubled

$1.01 Overage
$2.99 Gillette Fusion Shave Gel
-$1.50 Coupon from 06/01/08 P&G
-$1.50 Coupon Doubled

For those of you have have Stop & Shop and Shop Rite nearby, next week's ads have the following:
Stop & Shop (6/20-6/26): Save $5 instantly wyb $20 worth of selected Kraft items. One of the eligible items is Planters mixed nuts, which are BOGO.
Shop Rite (6/22-6/28): Get a $25 Shell or BP gas card (or Shop Rite GC) wyb $75 worth of Kraft, General Mills or P&G products in a single transaction. Sounds almost too good to be true as it's very easy to knock $75 down to $25 with coupons ($3 Planters, Head & Shoulders BOGO, $5 Infusium, etc) . The ad does say "1 per customer during the promo period" but it won't hurt to try to rinse and repeat. :)
I used to get the Price Chopper ad in the mail on Thursdays too but recently they switched to putting it in the Sunday circular instead.
FYI, this week's Pricechopper ad has the MQ for a Free Dasani 24 pack with purchase of 10 Powerades (on sale 10/$10). You can use this coupon anywhere, for instance, at Stop & Shop where the Powerade is $.80. Nothing else jumps out at me other than Coke 12 packs are 5/$10 with coupon in ad which is especially good if you collect MCR - Double Points Day for 12 pack codes next Wednesday.

It looks like other stores around here are starting to copy this idea. Stop & Shop used to print out a $0.10 catalina for every $50 but now they're accumulating the gas credits on the S&S card.

Just wanted to point out two quick things....not some great revelation or anything but just 2 okay deals.
First, I got a .75 Q from the machine yesterday for PC ice cream sandwiches. Says for 24 ct (didn't realize that til I got to checkout) I bought the 12 ct and no problemo. Oh, and don't forgot the Perdue breaded chicken is BOGO, too, so if you still have those $2 Q's (got some from Ebay) now is the time to use 'em.
Also, there was a blinkie for .75 off any Mt. Olive item. Their little pickle packs (can't remember if they are 4 or 6-pack single serve) were BOGO. So 2.99 for 2 - $1.50 in q's (using the SCO and not scanning your card until you pay) is $1.49 for 2. Like I said, not big deal but my DD LOVES these! Great for summer with the kids home.
Hope all is well with everyone! :peace:

I don't know if this is every price chopper or just in a certain area, but lately I've been getting really good coupons at check out. Like I got $2.00 off any Detergent 64oz or larger, no brand, just any, and they are usuable with Manufacturers coupons too, so basically you can get stuff free. I used it to get the 64oz PC brand Detergent for $.79 when it was on sale, and I got a $1.00 of any Toothpaste, used that with $1.00 crest to get $.50 Natural Expressions kind, which I love. And $1.50 off any Dish Detergent 25oz or larger, Got Dawn Lavender Soap for Free when I used the $1.00.
If anyone knows why they print or a certain item you need for them to print please let me know.
Also at PC there are Plege with $2.00 peelies, there was a coupon in the paper a while back for BOGO Free Pledge and this would make them 2 for $.99 when they are on sale or 2 / $.00 when they go down to a $1.99.

Also this week the Vive Shampoo is BOGO Free, there is a coupon in the paper from a while back which is BOGO and there is a $1.00 two Vive Shampoo or conditioners making it $1.00 overage if they accept both coupons, sometimes they tell me no 1 coupon only. So I guess YMMV. AND IT DID WORK!!!
I am going to try it today I'll let you know what happens. :woot:

I'll try the Vive too. I didn't have any Schick Qs until they came in the mail Saturday. The coupon girl @ the SCO was hardcore anti-q. It's amazing to see a 17 year old so "into" their job. I was worried about the prom, picking a college, etc. She's working on being Grocery Mgr of Chopper someday I guess. Anyway, She only let me use 1 Free q per b1g2 offer. She said "You are getting them free, what more do you want". Well honey, if you must know, I'd like some overage to pay for these 1.59/lb ribs too. Still a good deal @ Free, however! This week, on the Vive, I"ll go during lunchtime at work, when the Jedi lady works the SCO. She'll be more facilitating, if past experience dictates. Unless they turn her to the other side :shake:
I did give a friend some bogo and $2 off Schick qs, and she made out sweetly :)
The PC Thread Crew Rocks!
I tried scanning my advantage after coupons and girl said I needed to scan it before coupons. I hate dumb register ppl. I mean does it really matter to them?
I guess it does, they must have no life otherwise.
I pretend I'm all confused and can't find my card, til magically it "appears" in my purse after they are done ringing my qs.

One possibility for the $3 P&G double qs is the 3 pack of Puffs tissues, they are 4.99, minus the $1 q in the PG brandsaver, which doubles, making this $3 for 3 boxes, not bad for Puffs with lotion...esp. if you have allergies!

I think the Kellogs deal is gonna be sweet. Save $10 on your next shopping trip wyb 10 Kellogs, Keebler, or Eggo products. Now, in one of my newspapers yesterday, there was a sheet with a bunch of kellogs, keebler, and eggo qs. Keebler chips deluxe and flip sides crackers are bogo, and each should count for the deal (last time when the Lawrys was on special the bogos counted as 2 items, so I am guessing this will be the same). Also, there was a mir form for "if you buy 10 kellogs, keebler or eggo products listed, get a $10 mir." I am not sure what paper this was in, it was either a Wilkes Barre paper, Allentown, Hazleton, or the New York daily news. I'm thinking one of the last 3, because I only had 1 each of them and I don't see any more of that page in with my coupons to be clipped. So keep an eye out for it. Time to do some double dipping :) Chex mix is also bogo, not sure of price, probably 1.59, if anyone has any mqs left. Also, kraft handi snack puddings are 10/10. Kraft also makes jello pudding cups, I believe.
Oh and ecbbabe, toothpastes have an expiration date on the box :) I have some good til 2011. Sell the ones expiring soon @ the yard sale and keep the others as stockpile reinforcements :)

-$5.00 - 5 Coupons

Sure enough when I scanned the 10th box the $10 coupon printed out of the catalina machine. So it's confirmed that B1G1 items count as 2!!!! I wish I had more coupons. I might not send this one in for the mail-in rebate though because I'd have to cut the UPCs out and the cookies will get stale.

Yep, worked for me with the bogos too! I only bought 2 boxes of the cookies though, so I'll do the rebate. I love the flipsides, however and got some of them also. FYI the big school bus display had a bunch of qs on it for that promotion, and some of those coupons worked nicely with the items I bought too. For example, I bought eggo waffles, used a coupon, $1 off 2, and then used the $2 off milk with the purchase of eggos q from the brochure. It got kind of complex at the end LOL!
Also, I had a pretty good peelie-scoring run too. I did get a bunch of the school bus qs, some $5 off a glade wisp peelies, and some $1.50 off 1 campell's select gold label soup peelies (these cost 1.50 to $2-- yes!).
Venus maybe if you have a handi vac you could put your cookies in there so they don't go bad, and you can get your $10? I love mine.

Nice!!! I will be on the lookout for a school bus display. I wanted to get the flipsides but I didn't have any coupons for them. Where in the store was the school bus? Which Eggos did you get? I saw that there were some 10ct boxes for $1.69 so if you get 10 it's $16.90 minus $5 in coupons (if you have them). I wasn't sure if they would count for the catalina but they do count for the mail-in rebate.
No, I don't have a handi vac :( but I only have 4 addresses to use for the rebates (so far anyway) and I plan on doing this deal more than 4 times :P so I don't mind not sending in the rebate on those ones.
PS - I tried to rep you but it wouldn't let me. I'll get you sooner or later!

The school bus display was at the front of the store, past all the cash registers, on the way to frozen foods. It's huge, so they gotta put it someplace with a lot of space! I got the buttermilk and strawberry eggos. I don't have my reciept with me, but I know they were cheaper than some other flavors and they were a 10 count. The catalina deal is broader than the MIR deal, it counts any of a bunch of brands.
I got my handi vac @ chopper one time when they had the triple mqs coupon. It came to a couple bucks (I get bitter when things arent' free LOL), but well worth it.
I dont have any more freezer space otherwise I'd do this deal a bunch more times too.
Also, if anyone has any extra of the rebate forms, I would sure appreciate 1 more and would send whatever you wanted in trade in return :) I only got 1, and could really use another. They are selling them for packs of 5 on the auction site, but that's too many for me. Decisions, decisions. I may need to go to Lowes and pick up a deep freeze to fill with Eggos :)

I didn't see a school bus display but I'll have to check another store. Maybe they took it down because they put up a big stand for the Gas Advantedge program (we're finally getting it!!)
I did this transaction last night and did NOT get the catalina
$3.89 - 2 Townhouse Flipside B1G1
$3.89 - 2 Townhouse Toppers B1G1
$4.00 - 2 Keebler Sandwich Crackers
$3.19 - 2 Keebler Cookies B1G1
$4.38 - 2 Poptarts 8ct (not 12ct)
----------
$19.35
-$5.00 Coupons
-$10.00 Catalina from previous order
----------
$4.35
So there could be several reasons why it didn't print:
- Machine out of paper?
- I didn't scan my card until after coupons were put in (though I'm 99% sure I did that before and the catalina still printed)
- I used a $10 coupon to pay for it (but I used one on the last order and it still printed)
- The Pop Tarts didn't count
Anyway, I went back today and they generated a coupon for me. :woot: Unfortunately they wrote on the receipt so I can't send it in for the rebate.

I'm glad they generated the coupon for you. You could definately roll these $10 Catalinas, b/c I noticed mine printed the moment I scanned item # 10, that was way prior to checking out.
Perhaps your pop tarts size theory holds some credence. Or the catalina machine was out of paper. Which would totally frost me!
Gas advantage rocks! Chopper actually discontinued their Senior discounts b/c they are giving so much $ towards gas advantage.
I got more of the klondike bars this week, they were on sale 2/5 this week. Not as great as the week with the extra $1 off store q, but my Dad loves them so I picked some up :)
For those with a Shaw's nearby or have access to this week's Shaw's flyer, there is a $5 of purchase of 10 Keebler/Kellogg items MFG coupon on the front you should be able to use with the $10 catalina deal. Sorry, it's so late in the game but HTH.

Try giving the cashier your card after all the coupons are scanned. That way the register doesn't know which items were "free". Or better yet, go to the self-checkout if your store has one so the cashier doesn't ask for your card. Once they scan all your coupons, press the "go back" button on the screen and then scan your card.
