I emailed bzz and asked a ton of questions, most of which got answered today.

The Neutrogena Pure and Free Sunscreen campaign is back active, a glitch caused it to go down, but it's back up now

And Aveeno should go active sometime in the next 3 weeks.

The glitch on Neutrogena must have happened long ago because it went down on the day it was scheduled to end. When they put it back up, they extended the end date to 7/7.
I noticed on my shipping page, it still says Game Wave and Off are in progress. I not only received both, Game Wave ended weeks ago. Looks like that info is not exactly right lol.

My reports were being reviewed within minutes, but now I have had one waiting for several days. There are so few campaigns, I can't figure it out. Maybe they sent all the com devs on vacation or something.

When I wrote Jono to ask why, he replied that apparently the default rating is unsatisfactory and no mypoints, the bzz agent is supposed to select the appropriate rating and points to award before completing your review/sending the email. He then gave me the mypoints that I had been shorted on my reports.

I think sometimes the surveys are the whole *campaign*. The company wants a little info, such as what percentage of people watch what kind of racing and that's all. If you think about it, and have been with Bzz for awhile, we've had quite a few surveys that have not led to anything else at all.

I love the lipstain too. That's about all I've worn since I had the campaign earlier this year. I can't stand the thickness/stickiness of regular lipstick after using the stain for so long. I use a clear gloss over it (Bigelow Lemon Lip Balm from BBW) and just love it. I don't get the ring around lipline with the color I use.

Yay! I got in too. I chose Teasing Blush (I think). I was tempted with Cinnamon Smile but was afraid it wouldn't show up on my lips and then what would be the point. I've become a lip gloss/lip stick addict, thanks to the free coupons from Bath and Bodyworks and gift with purchase incentives so I'm looking forward to trying this. I did buy a bunch of Victoria's Secret lipstains during their 75% off sale, but I haven't tried them yet cuz I've been liking the lipsticks I bought from there and using that first.

It probably just depends on the color that is used. I am glad to hear so many liked it. I only read reviews on MUA, I haven't tried it yet. What colors have you tried? I think it was everbloom or something that people complained the most about.

I choose Flirty nude. I like subtle colors, but shiny lips because my lips are already a pink enough. i hope it will enhance the color my lips are already.

I also got flirty nude the first campaign. It's a nice color. With a gloss on top I got a lot of compliments. It definitely is very red though. Without the gloss it looked like I forgot to drink kool-aid!

Got into Covergirl this morning BUT only a bright purple and bright pink color was left to choose from. I chose pink but am not too happy about my choices at all :(

Click on Frogpond at the top of your Bzzagent Page.

There will be a list of the most popular/featured frog sites.

Pick a site and click on "go" to visit the site.

After you look around the site, click the button to return to the bzz frog site.

Post an opinion about the site and fill out a quick survey for the site.

You have to do this for three frogs each month to get one honeycomb. Also, if it says "agent submitted" about the "go" button, it means that the frog will not count towards your total for the month. Try to avoid those frogs unless you are just really interested in visiting the site.

Hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have more questions after you try it.

If you log in to your page and go on your Bzz campaigns tab, scroll to the bottom and it will show what other campaigns are going on now. HTH.

I was invited to the lipstain campaign.
I saw the 7eleven one going on through this thread so I visited my agent page.
It says it's full.
How can it be full if it's an early invite? Or maybe it's full because there are only limited spots available?
I don't get it. Is it still possible for me to get in on that campaign or do I have to be invited? Is there any way I can get in without being invited? Just by constantly checking my page??

It varies how long it takes for answer. I have had answers within minutes and I have sent emails that no one ever answered. Usually it takes a few days though. Make sure the frogs you did were not agent submitted ones. Those do not count for a honeycomb.

I have been using my netbook a lot lately, and I can't see the right side of bzzagent unless I scroll over, and I totally forgot to go back and take the polls! Aughh. I'm a bit annoyed with that one...I used a key for it and it's been pushed out so far.

They should at least give people the option to have their key back. I used my key for a campaign that would start mid-June, not mid-whenever-we-get-our-shit-together.

MyPoints tend to marinate for at least 30 days. Reports vary on how long they are approved for. Some have experienced a few minutes to a few weeks. It really depends on how many campaigns are going on at the same time.

I just hit level five and therefore received my first gold key. How do they work? I don't see anything anywhere on the site that even says that I have one waiting to use. As a matter of fact the only place that I see that I have received on is on the status bar. So where is it? And how will I know when I can use it?

You can only use your key when they offer you a campaign to use your key on. I think on the new site it shows if you have one in your status.

Noticed the Frogponds through MyPoints (to get the 25 points) are only on Frogs that have been archived. No double dipping to cut and paste on the Bzz site.

You cannot usually blame Bzz for delays; it would be the fault of the company for whatever reason. I don't see why it's such a big deal. It's not like it cost you actual money. Aveeno is usually quite generous sending full sized product and samples to give out. I am sure, considering their reputation could be at stake, they want the campaign to be as flawless as possible.

I just got my covergirl outlast lipstain kit today. I was so excited to finally get this. I just joined and did not know anything about being a bzzagent until I found this thread on sD so I am so glad I joined. Now if I can get the hang of understanding how this work that would be great. I am reading that you should check your account daily for offers so I will from now on. I got my offer via e-mail so I responded immediately. I got the Sassy Mauve in my kit. I was surprised at how much darker it appeared on my lips. I was expecting a light color but actually the color matches the tip of the pen so if the pen looks dark than it will show up about the same shade as the tip of the pen.

Yeah this Aveeno thing is small potatoes compared to the real problems in life. DH's boss just informed him that as of August 1st, he will no longer have insurance through his work. We make just a hair (less than $100) over the limit to qualify for state medicaid assistance, even on a temporary level. There are just no jobs around that pay anywhere near what he's making now...and we use EVERY penny (and then some) to pay our basic expenses every month.

Its funny because the Bzzkit came with the a sheet (like usual) to what the kit contains. The last item on the kit was An authentic autographed Vanilla Ice poster (Quick to the point to the point of no fakin') :lol:

I went to 7-11 and got an ice coffee this morning- it's super sweet. This afternoon my bzzkit came. Figures!!

I got my Cinnamon Smile lipstain today. I think it smells good. The color is pinker than I normally wear, but it is wearable. I just wish was a warmer color. It is sort of a blue based pink - brown.

I used my key for the aveeno also and I can't wait to get it but this is a very long time to wait for a campaign and now wish I had my key back for other campaign also! I signed up for this in May and here its July and still waiting......I am just hoping that when they say it will be worth the wait that they give us something really nice to make up for this long delay!

i just got a stouffers campaign.

I had the campaign last time and thought the same thing. Before you apply it, put a VERY light layer of lip balm on (like lypsol etc). Then just dot the stain on and spred it w/your finger. Doesn't last very long that way, but doesn't look as horrible!
Or apply the stain on dry lips, then use a clear gloss. I love it that way, and it looks more natural as it fades. Lasts quite a long time this way. I like my color, but I imagine if I had one that was any darker, it might not look as good.

The person is asking what location you're in so that others might be able to gauge if this is a regional campaign, etc...

Usually, either when I post a heads up on a campaign or if asked, I just post something like Dena - 39, Engaged/Mom, Florida. It gives everyone an idea of what they *might* be looking for for a particular campaign.

That was exactly what I thought when I had it the last campaign- and I definitely told them what I thought in my reports. Every time I read something Jono had posted it was about how everyone LOVED it and thought it was the greatest, so I figured they had sent me a magic marker by mistake. :eek: :lmao:

those are your "MyPoints" rewards. If you don't already have an account, go to mypoints.com, and sign up, it's free, and super easy, to earn points towards gift cards. most of the time when you take a survey, and for all good Bzz Reports you submit, you get MyPoints. When you accept them, you are transferring them to your MyPoints account.

Click yes and accept them. Then, if you don't already have a MyPoints account it will prompt you to create one. You can save your MyPoints to cash in for gift certificates.

I am guessing that once you take a campaign and then it's full, there would be no option for backing out whether you used a key or not because then that leaves a spot open at a time when they've already closed the signups for it. It's always a risk to use your key. If they offered the option to get it returned by backing out of a campaign you've already signed on for, then they run the risk of everyone wanting it back because something *better* comes along. You have to be offered the use of it as it is, and there is never a guarantee you will be offered a campaign, let alone offered one that requires a key. So while other *nicer* campaigns may have come along since then, you still might not have been offered them.

LOL you got that right, plus it doesn't even stay on for long, there are better lipsticks out there!

When I was in HS, I ran out of eyeliner and thought it would be smart to use Blue magic marker instead...needless to say it was permanent marker..:doh:
