I found it drying and very necessary to add some balm either before or after.

I used it under lip balm and loved the 2 colors mixed. For those not liking the lip stain, try taking a lipstick you do not care for and mixing the 2 to see if you can get a good color mixture.

I personally like the LipStain, and think it's kinda neat it is sorta like a Magic Marker for your lips. My stepdaughter thought it was cool too, in fact she stole mine before they left LOL

I didn't mind the concept, but the color way way to red to be Flirty Nude.

When I was in HS, I ran out of eyeliner and thought it would be smart to use Blue magic marker instead...needless to say it was permanent marker..:doh:

I am surprised...I got this campaign the last time.... now it is something to get used to but I had been using 'Lip Ink' before this...I have chapped lips all year around so I have always put a layer of lip conditioning before I use this kind of stuff. I am a HAPPY camper with the Covergirl.
Lip Ink is extremely good but so expensive. I of course did not expect this to be that quality ... but for the price I think it is pretty good when I use the steps of conditioner, lipstain then gloss It works very well.... I use the very neutral colors because I am so fair skinned ... Red on my lips look like they are walking about a block in front of me !! It is the very first thing folks would see. anyways, if you have this ...I would suggest playing around with it first before tossing it

Off ends today. You can still submit reports right now, but the post campaign survey is also up. I just took it and it gave me 50 points. I guess because it was really about 2 products.

I doubt it. I think that any affiliate earnings they make would be fairly small. I think it's just another way to make themselves bigger and better. Perhaps earning money as an affiliate is a good way to get companies to dip their toe into Word of Mouth marketing, without having to shell out the big bucks for a huge Bzz Camapign?

I too had 3...now after 1 expired I'm left with 2. I emailed and they claim I've had opportunities. I wish they'd email them all, not just the ones they want you to pay for. I worked hard for that one, and my others and to have them expire, really sucks!

I don't know how that would work. This actually has pieces of fruit in it. It tastes just like a smoothie but with little chunks of fruit, kinda strange but good..:lmao:

You contribute interesting content, and comment on others interesting content, and I think their is a weekly contest for a gift card ( some kind of a scavenger hunt, i've been too busy with other bzz things to play)

If you do ten a month, you get a comb. I think its fun, and I also think it's a great way to share your opinions on an item, without having too write a blog. You find someone elses blog, post the link to the bzzscape, and then comment on it. So much easier than writing your own blog posting on something!

You're right. Bzz has expanded a lot and there is a lot more stuff to do. I wish there was something else to work toward too. Participation is fun but Agents do like to get rewarded! :nod:

well, it would be different for me if their was a store one town over, but the closest is something like over 30 miles away. I wouldn't be effective at bzzing it, it would be a hassle for me to try it myself, and I feel some other agent can make better use of it.

Some nice person on here will get this campaign and be thrilled, and I can think to myself "that was my slot, i'm sure they are enjoying it more than me"

yes please, do, 30 miles is too far. I would have taken the campaign, if I was visiting my mom and grandma sometime soon, because they have a super close Boston Market, and I could have picked up snacks and bzzed the whole group, but sadly i'm not going there until late next month.

yeah my thoughts exactly. I'm going to be pretty ticked if they have another sweet campaign similar to the remote or toothbrush, and I don't get offered it....and don't have my key because it was used on Aveeno. I'm going to be pretty ticked if they have another sweet campaign similar to the remote or toothbrush, and I don't get offered it....and don't have my key because it was used on Aveeno. Don't blame this on BzzAgent, it's most likely Aveeno doing/causing this. I wish that somehow we could find out what the hold up is. I mean,a 3 week delay would be normal, but a 3 month delay is getting a little crazy.

In NY I found it at Waldbaum's, and they had the same deal. It was originally priced at $4.99 for a package of two bottles, was on sale for $3.99, used both my free coupons to try cherry/grape and peach/mango. The lady took off $4.99 for each package (?), and the register spit out a coupon for $1.75 off my next purchase of anything.

I tried the cherry/grape first, and almost gagged with the first sip! The flavor is excellent, but the sensation of chunks flowing into your mouth at the same time was pretty gross, imho. Youngest DD has already finished both bottles of the peach/mango, and I have to agree it was much better. It actually had chunks of peach and mango in it- the cherry/grape had chunks of pears and that might have been one of the reasons why it wasn't too palatable. Still not sure what the verdict is on this stuff. I think it is too expensive but I am going to use one of my $1 off plus the $1.75 coupon and try the other flavor while it is on sale.

I actually really liked the Strawberry/orange one. It isn't something that you slam down, but it it was great to bring on my way to work this morning!

I have a question. I need one more honeycomb to advance to next level. In this month, I have done 3 frogs, 10 scapes and 2 reports for campaign, still short of 1 honeycomb to be in another level. Do I need to wait to August to do another 3 frogs and 10 scapes for another 2 honeycombs or is there any other way to gain more honeycombs? Since I am only a Carpenter now and there won't be much campaign that I can get in so far, I feel that I should not use more time on frogs or scapes as the reward in the month has been granted already. Of course, I am still working on more campaign reports but I wonder if it would help in this month or should I wait for August to input more? Any info helps, thanks a lot.

7-11 Iced coffee campaign

After my negative review on the Iced Coffee and the inability to find locations on 7-11s website or from their customer service dept. (I thought that my review would generate some sort of constructive response) .well guess it didnt so I called BZZ and told them that I thought that 7-11 had poorly marketed the product and it really didnt give a good impression when you have to hunt for a contact number for 7-11 customer service and then Customer service has absolutely no clue which stores are participating. 7-11 customer service gave me a Texas number for their marketing group I left a message last week and have yet to get anyone to return my call. I also mentioned that to BZZ that it looked extremely bad when a marketing department seems totally inept about marketing their product and too rude to even return a call. I could have been some huge investors or wanting to open a chain of franchises with them they wouldnt know. As far as im concerned 7-11 has really dropped the ball on this campaign im not blaming BZZ because they can only go on what their client provides them.

Where oh where has my Aveeno kit gone? Oh where oh where can it be?? I used a key and it hasn't shown up, I guess it'll be next week...maybe...???

Yes, I know bookmarklet but my DH does not let me download any program in our computer as I have caught some virus thru FB before and he blames me every time when the computer is running slow or not working properly. You do not download the bookmarklet, you just drag it to your bookmarks folder, and whenever you want to post something to a BzzScape you are following, you just hit it.

I'm personally not upset with BzzAgent over this, but I know others are, and if they start "refunding" the gold keys, a lot of people who had early and regular invites are gonna be pissed off, because they aren't gonna get anything for waiting this long, regardless of if they are allowed to drop the campaign.

I personally think we should all hold out hope that maybe the kit will be super duper awesome after all this waiting.

Put it all in a BzzReport, so the company can see how badly their people have dropped the ball on this. Send an email too, and heck, even write a letter if you have the time. I complained to Gatorade about a problem with the Propel and they sent me some coupons and were very helpful about it. By sending an email, and/or writing a letter, you might get lucky and hit someone who knows what they are doing, and can help you out.

I'm sure it will be a great kit, as Jon said it would be. ;) All I'm saying is it has been done before (the posts are on here somewhere) and if she would not be able to Bzz the product because of the changed timeline she should not be penalized a key. Now if Joe Blow just decides, "Oh, it's taking too long to get the package," then that's too bad. I'm pretty sure people at Bzz are smart enough to see inconsistencies and reporting activities that would let them make an informed decision. :D

Oh, I use the bookmarklet. It is a long story, but I basically had to have my Windows re-installed and with that had to get the newer version of IE. I ALWAYS use FF,lol and DEFINITELY the bookmarklet!!! :) I just tried to put the bookmarklet on my IE today and it didn't work right, just to do it.LOL

Out of curiosity - what's the purpose of adding content to bzzscapes? I mean - it's like adding a drop of water to a pool....you don't know what you're looking for and you won't be able to find that drop again anyway.....besides - that drop already exists elsewhere. I wonder how willing companies would be to pay for each link of content added to a bzzscape if they knew it already could be found elsewhere.....I can't view bzzscapes as anything but a total waste of internet space and (wo)man power.

I'm pretty sure people at Bzz are smart enough to see inconsistencies and reporting activities that would let them make an informed decision. :D

Which again leads to people lying about their reasons. I am thinking for the most part the accepting of a campaign, key or not, is the final kick. It's not like anyone, Bzz agents, is paying anything out for any of these kits and there is not ever any guarantee there would be another campaign offered to anyone personally with a key so... it's not like campaigns last just a few days. There is usually plenty of time to get some bzz in.

I think those whining about the delays to the Aveeno campaign need to just pull up their big girl panties and deal with it. You could have used that key on anyone else you may have been offered and still been out a key when a better campaign comes along, which again, no guarantee you'd have been offered it anyway.

I think being worried so much about losing out on *better campaigns* says more about ones reasons for being here than anything else... and it's certainly not that you really enjoy Bzzing products.

Out of curiosity - what's the purpose of adding content to bzzscapes? I mean - it's like adding a drop of water to a pool....you don't know what you're looking for and you won't be able to find that drop again anyway.....besides - that drop already exists elsewhere. I wonder how willing companies would be to pay for each link of content added to a bzzscape if they knew it already could be found elsewhere.....I can't view bzzscapes as anything but a total waste of internet space and (wo)man power.

Oh i got a nice phone call last night from one of the heads of marketing at 7-11. He seemed very interested in what I had to say about their 7-11 iced coffee promotion and acknowledged that when promotions are being done it might be a good idea to tell their customer service. Since the Customer service number is in huge numbers on the front of the cups :shake:

The purpose is to create a central place for brands to view feedback from consumers. There will be interaction with the brand representatives in the future so it is at least a step above a google search. Don't discount it based on the launch. When reps get involved it will be a two way communication.

There were a lot of people trying to win the job and there were definitely some kinks that needed to be worked out. Submissions now are relevant and new. With the quantity posted on the weeklies it simply became, just that, a quantity issue. With negative ratings lowering your status, it necessitated more posts. But, that is over, and the brands on BzzScapes now reflect consumer's favorites (or not).

Oh, and while I'm here... I've never posted a single piece of Bzzcrap and I haven't done my frogs since I realized that moving "up" will move me closer to nowhere... I bzz like crazy, but since I'm "advised" to submit two reports, I stick to it b/c they may not have the manpower or care about more than two...

They have the manpower to handle more. They have independent contractors work from home reviewing the reports. They, I'm sure, would like more work.

They do need to address the level 7 soon, I agree.

How does everyone get offers? I never have any offers or surveys available. I think I would be a good candidate for alot of things, I'm 25, with a boy and a girl, married, college student, have 2 cars, travel, etc...but I never get anything. I've signed up people under me, but I don't get the whole bzzzscape thing so I don't really do that, but even still I never really get anything, I've been offered 4 times the family game thing that you pay $30 for but it's never at the time that I've got the money. hrm.

I'm in Kissimmee and didn't get the 7-11 either...it had very select demographics as did the Boston Market.

Hang in there...I didn't get anything for a almost a year (after having had many, many campaigns before that) and then it seemed that just a few months later I had 4-5 going at once.

The other posters are right. It all comes down to what demographics the manufacturer wants to send the kits too. Age, location, income, marital status, they are all very particular. The higher your status the better your chances as well. Do all the surveys and polls on your page.

You don't get any credit for signing people up as there is no referral program.

Like HMS said, sometimes it takes a while to get going. I don't think there are a lot of current campaigns now too. I have had 9 at one time in the past, today I have 1. It all comes and goes in waves. Hang in there!

Re: BzzScapes - all you have to do is find a product that interests you, click on the follow and add content button, drag the bookmarklet to your internet browser toolbar and find something relevant on the web to add. Say you like Downy fabric softener. Go the Downy BzzScape and click follow. Now go to the Downy website and find something, a coupon maybe. Click the bookmarklet and add the content. It walks you through the process. Add 10 and earn a honeycomb.

Oh, and the Game Wave? Don't pay for it, trust me!

I added 3 opinions in the Frogpond, but am not getting the honeycomb it said I should after adding the 3 opinions. It says to add Polls, but I don't see any in the Pond. I like BzzScapes, it's just tedious work getting to a level where I'll actually get campaigns!

Apparently the 7-11 campaign was location specific to Los Angeles area eventhough the coffee machines are all over the country. So im not sure why I got the BZZ kit sent to my new address in Missouri.

Anyway one of the head marketing guys over at 7-11 called me last week and seemed really interested in my feedback and said he would send me some improvised spreadsheet that showed which locations near me had the machines in them. Over a week later and no spreadsheet or email or anything.


Also that Fruit2go is pretty expensive for the small quantity you actually get inside one of the bottles.

You don't need to add polls, you need to do the polls on the frogs. There should be a visit button, an opinion button, and a poll button on the ones that count toward a honeycomb. Not all count, the user submitted ones do not have the poll button. There should be a green bee in the upper right that says "agent submitted." That's why you haven't gotten the honeycomb yet.

Actually I wrote a report for CG a few days ago and they sent me a email that it was approved and to get my points and when I logged in I didn't have any points, I needed to email and have someone fix it. So mabey we are supposed to get points for the frozen dinner survey but weren't given them

I hear you! I used my one & only key for this also and I agree that we should get the key back if this doesn't hurry up so we can use it for another campaign that we can actually buzz with a kit and or coupons! I was really looking forward to this one and had already started to buzz about it and have been asked a million times when are we going to get samples or coupons I'm like I dunno? it sucks! I am wondering if the haircare line is not doing good or something? I have just never seen buzzagent have so many problems with a campaign before?

For those that got in, it will be interesting to hear your experiences. A few of us tested this out before it launched . . . and well it was not "kind" to my face at all . . .

log in, and once logged in, it will be listed down at the bottom left of your agent homepage,AND, you can click on the status thing at the top right of the page, and when it drops down, it will tell you your level, if you have early invite/golden key, AND if you have a campaign invite.

also, if you're on Facebook, synch in your BzzAgent account using the FB app, because then you get notifications in your FB notifications, and I actually got my FB invite, BEFORE i got my email invite today, so that might help
