figures..Im new to this so wasnt sure.....but i have gotten several other PT's and it tells u what they are. Like the doritos one recently.

On top of that greenfield may or may not reward you since they may or may not have record of you taking the survey. Basically avoid them at all costs!

yes!!! they gave me the credit and then took it back and left it as pending, and it has been pending for almost 2 months now, and i have emailed them

We got a cat litter PT back in feb/march from SS, and never found out what it was. Our experience with the cat litter was negative tho, so i suppose we got a different one than you did.

That's true.Sometimes I get so frustrated that I feel like sending them a nasty email.I don't know who ever qualifies for OTX surveys.

OTX muct not be a great company because my MCAfee site advisor always turns red when I enter that site.

OTX is impossible to qualify for and I get more bugs on their surveys then any other. Plus, their payout stinks, and they'll disqualify you on the last questions. Really slimy if you ask me.

I cashed out with on November 12th. It said sent on November 14th and I received it on the 18th.

patience, if you dont get your check just shoot them an email and they'll work it out, the made a mistake on the mailing address and sent me an email about the situation and to verfiy my address and resent the check

Yippee! Nothing from them for about 2 weeks and then 4 surveys in 2 days....And I actually qualified for them!

I received this message when asking about my rewards I cashed out back in Sept and hadn't received yet:

I don't remember ever seeing anything about reconfirming my information but you might want to double check so you don't have any delays receiving your checks when you cash out. :look:

I think it happened because some checks(mine included) were going out without the 2nd line of the address printed, so they were returned to sender where I was asked to check my addy so I added the 2nd line to the 1st apart aswell

I just emailed them about it a few minutes ago about it. First time i've ever gotten a check from any survey site like this.

just to let you know......i had a similar problem, my check was actually missing my last name. So no bank would cash it. I called opinion outpost and talked to them and they told me 1-2 weeks and i would have a new check. I waited over a month and finally called the again, and this time i was told that it would take 90 days from the date i cashed out before their bank would allow them to make another check to me :rolleyes: so not sure if yours will really come in the time they said

I just signed up with Opinion Outpost last week and already I've made $20. They're great, I like them!

Is anyone having trouble taking surveys? I keep receiving invites, but when I click on the survey link, I get to a blank page on the opinion outpost homepage. I've e-mailed them and they suggested I clear my cookies & history. Any ideas?

other sites that work for the married ladies totally stink for me

haven't had any problems with them, payouts are quick and when I had a problem with some surveys not fully crediting they fixed it in no time.

I just got my $40 check from them yesterday and I just cashed out at the beginning of this month.

In my rewards section it shows that a check was mailed to me on Jan.5th, but I haven't got it as yet. My checks usually get here in 4 days after they said they mailed it.:confused:

I had not received a survey since mid-November of 08', so i opted out. Too bad, they were a favorite of mine. :(

I thought I was the only one who has not heard from them since December. I sure hope they pick up soon as they really were a great company to deal with and sent some pretty good paid surveys on a regular basis.

I have not received a survey either since I cashed out early November or late October. I wrote and asked them about it because I would get several a day, even if I DQ on some, before I cashed out. They gave a typical response of not fitting demos, etc. That's just impossible. I think it has to do with waiting a whole year to cash out. That's what I had done for several years. That's what I do with all survey companies. I can still login to my account and everything and still have some money in my account, but I have not had a survey since they issued that check in Oct or Nov. Weird!

ETA: I do get sent to OOP surveys through other companies though, quite often.

i cash out from them every week. i have some checks here even now. if all surveys were treating me as good as they were i'd could have had my i7 system for free by now.

I agree, they are even nice when you email them, they actually reply in a couple of days.

my sister is also in the same situation as many of you - I told her to sign up because i had had a lot of paying surveys from them but she has never recieved any survey from them but i still get a couple a week :/ thanks to everyone who has posted thier expereince I thought she was the only one not getting surveys.

Oh my, this has to be the fastest check turn-around time ever! I cashed out with OO on 4/2/09 and today received my check! :woot: Usually I see a check within 10 days and the longest was probably 3 weeks, but less than 1 week?! Totally awesome. :biggrin2:

I'm getting a tad concerned with OO lately. In the past I would spend some time with their 15-20 point surveys for OTX and lately have not gotten the 15 points after spending an exorbitant amount of time attempting to qualify.

I used to get the 15 points for DQing. Don't get me wrong, I love doing OO surveys and they pay fast, but these OTX's in the mix are really :censord2: up their selection of surveys. btw - I have emailed them about this issue. :nod:

I haven't gotten surveys from them in some time now, and I emailed them about it also, I use to get them all the time maybe 2-3 a day....I hate OTX and usually will click off them when I see them. well we will see I updated my profile and there were some things that wasn't completed which I know I did...I urge everybody to do so since they changed some formatting at their site, and they had me living in some foreign country and I know I put the USA, so double check your profiles.

Bottom line - is anyone getting the automatic 15 points on these?

OMG! I'm the only one! This is what I normally get on the OTX surveys and HAVE gotten the 15 points on several surveys.

I always qualify for OTX.

They haven't sent me any surveys in months. Now I have to redo my profiles.

I rarely qualify for OTX. I have called my kids over so many times when it asks me to bring them to the computer, and then they begin after confirming their age and then it says that they do not qualify??????????? OTX is not consumer friendly. They have to know that people do not like them and that is why they are farmed out to other survey sites so the surveys can be filled. I just close out when I see it now. They need to overhaul the OTX experience. It says that it may take up to 30 minutes to see if you qualify???????????????? I don't think so. My time is too valuable.

I would estimate that I qualify for at least 1/3 of the OTX surveys I get.

Now I never do the OTX ones that DQ you and then ask if you'd like try for another survey, though. They can easily stick you with a much longer survey than the one the survey company agreed to pay you for, this happened to me once and of course the compensation didn't go up. But more often than not they just asked the same stupid qualifying questions for half an hour and got nowhere with it. There's only so many times I feel like ticking off boxes for what beverages I drink and what types of liquor I consumed in the past week.

I, too, have been asked more times than I can count about arthritis. Also one question about who you've worked with in the last year ("finaical planner"? un, spell much??), but "none of the above" isn't an option.

No it is OP, I just log in and when i click on rewards its tell me about Amazon.

No option for me to get Amazon- under FAQS, this is all that I can find:

Recently I never qualify for the Greenfield surveys. I always DQ right after the prescreener.

Heck no, it's been great for me. I just looked at my survey history and I have over a 100 surveys since I signed up in Feb. Of course I haven't qualified for all but I just recently cashed out for about $80 last month and am almost up to $20 again.

Also had a few lead to really nice product tests or focus groups that send checks straight from their research companies. Love those! Right now I'm doing one for a bath product and they are going to send a $15 check when it's all done. :D I'm also waiting on a $75 check from a 3 day focus group and just got into another one today for $25! Woot!

That's why I just came here right now was to post the survey # for others so they know. :D

I had the same problem with mindfield, I hadn't gotten a survey for months. after calling them weekly for 2 months the problem has been fixed. Do not email outpost call the customer service line. Also, I update my profiles monthly.

Survey 36450005 - Movie survey - my daughter took this one and sat at the PC answering text boxes and numerous questions and they told her she was not a match 20 minutes later during the classification questions at the end (AFTER completing the survey).

Might not want to waste your time on this one. I emailed them but they will only send a canned generic response like all survey companies do, so if I can at least keep others from wasting their time I will feel slightly vindicated.

I joined January 13 and have made $47.10 total with Opinion Outpost. I don't qualify for every one, but I like this panel.

From Feb 2009 till a few weeks ago, I've made about $80 but that's not including PT or focus group payments and I qualify for roughly about 1/3 of the surveys.

Congrats to the $50 winner, I'd drop out of my chair too if I won that! I always pick it and never win!

ETA: I'm waiting on a $75 focus group payment and a $15 PT payment. Before that I received $5 and $10 for PT's. So total $95 with $90 coming in payments. I also have a little over $15 in my account that isn't cashed out either.

When I completed the last 2 that I took, they didn't take me back to the Opinion Outpost site [so that I can get credited}
Both surveys are still listed as PENDING [even though I successfully completed them]

So I have no idea whether I will ever get paid

Cutler, the only time I've seen pending is on that $4 neilson survey where you had to download something and it was supposed to take a month but it stated that clearly before you took it. I get a greenfield once in awhile, maybe every few weeks.

Occasionally, they get a feedback msg that your e-mail address has placed their survey messages into the spam folder. That happened to me about a year or so ago. Call them up and ask them what happened. More often than not, they'll fix it right there

I may have to do this too. My last survey was 4-26. I sent them an email asking if my emails may have been bounced back and they sent this:

My account was missing 40 Opinion Points. But it was credited recently. The site issues seem to be have been resolved. You should contact them if your account has still not been credited.

Weird, same thing here I updated because of another household change and I had not received anything for about 2 weeks. I was suprised to find I was a resident of Uraguay (sp?). I made my changes and received 2 surveys within an hour.
