I have a question about invokes......I qualified for one last night and did it. It said that if i complete the session i will get $5. Well i completed the session and it took me back to the greenfield page that reads "thanks for completing the survey, if a cash incentive was offered it will be credited to your account....blah blah", you know the page. Then when i went to my rewards center usually the surveys that pay have "project open" in the reward column. Well this invoke that i just took, all it says is sweepstakes entry. Does that mean im not going to get paid? or do the invoke work differently?

That is so true. I notice here lately if they offer me one for that amount I do not take it, then seems like a week later i am offer more for the same survey.Survey Spot does the same thing- if not enough people do it for them for a certain amount of money they raise the incentive a week later.
The same goes for any that just offer sweeps- a week or two later they will offer cash incentive.
Is it possible to do 2 invokes at the same time?

Not sure what you're referring to. Did you complete a survey and got to the congratulations page? If so, it will show up on your home page under "Amount Available to Request". From there, you may cash out "My Rewards Center". It's been so long since I've cashed out that it used to be PayPal or request a check. Now it appears that only PayPal is the only option?
The PayPals I have done in the past have posted within a couple of days whereas the checks take longer.
Anyone else out there have more recent experience with cashin out at Greenfield?

It means that the survey project is still open, and that they are still accepting responses from other panel members. Once it closes you will receive your reward, and in the place where it said "project open" it will change to "$x.xx"

If that were the case, why would they ask if I remembered seeing the commercial? Plus, what works here doesn't usually work in England for advertising - totally different markets.

I have not been paid either. I emailed them at help@greenfield.com and they told me I needed to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it to credit. They wouldnt even look into it for me till then. I was a week early and guess they are picky. So i will email again tomorrow and see what they say. As far as I know only one person on here has said they got the payment. After 1 month, and 30 surveys ending in Disqualification.
1 Survey where I never got credited, I decided that this site is 99% a SCAM.
The 1 % are those who are here that get at least $20/month, but as I can see, getting that money can take longer.
In the end, I wasted about 10 hours doing survey that I won't get any compensation of.

Dear kim,
Click now to qualify for the most fun you will have taking surveys! Based on the answers to this screener you will have a chance to earn $30 by joining an interactive online discussion (like a chat). Our panelists love taking part in these sessions and even request to receive more opportunities just like this one!
Don't miss out on this special offer!
For a chance to qualify, please complete a short 10 min screening questionnaire from the following link:
Please click here to begin.
If you are selected you will be asked to join the online discussion that is 90 min long.
Once selected here is how to take part:
1) The first respondents to qualify will be notified by e-mail in the coming days.
2) Instructions will be sent to you 1-2 days before the discussion session you have selected. If no email is sent, it is likely that the space has been filled. Please keep an eye out for another similar session.
3) Participants in the online discussion will receive a reward of $30 credited to their Greenfield Account in 4 to 6 weeks.
Thank-you for choosing Greenfield Online.

My 14 year old daughter completed the youth panel survey this evening. Greenfield redirected to Toluna. The final page was an error page. The survey offered her payment and advised that information about how to receive payment would be disclosed somewhere in the survey. No such information was given.
I tried to access the, Greenfield "Help Center," but it would not load. Yes. Pop-ups were enabled. Since my daughter was redirected back to the first page of the survey, I took over and clicked on the "Survey Help" button. I received the following from Toluna:
Thank you for contacting us. A confirmation e-mail was sent to your e-mail address regarding this problem. Please reference the Case ID number below on all future communications regarding this matter. Case ID: 164xxx
Try as I may, I could not get the completion page to reload. I was however re-directed to another survey, which immediately asked me to bring my teen to the computer.
It is the same exact survey that my daughter completed and did not receive credit or compensation for. When followed through, it prompts "You have already completed the survey."
I don't like anybody or company taking advantage of my daughter. My daughter completed the survey. She took her time and was conscientious. She should be compensated for her time as promised and agreed to by all involved parties. Anytime a child is requested to undertake a project, Greenfield should ensure that the system is in working order. It's bad enough that I, an adult, receive errors upon completion of some of their surveys, but to take advantage of a child and her time is not only inappropriate, it is unconscionable.

I'm sure it wasn't intentional. But, if a company requests the time of a minor child, they really should ensure that their system is in top working order.

I've done pretty well with Greenfield when it comes to qualifying, not having technical issues with the surveys themselves and getting paid. I love that once the money is actually credited to your account you can request it via Paypal at any time and it is transferred rather quickly.
Total Earnings as a Member $ 97.00
About 1/3 of that came from their Ciao! bonus promos ($0.50 for every completed survey). I should be at about $110 after yesterdays surveys are credited.

I have done some $1 for 5 min for some of the university labs. I enjoy doing that for these labs rather than commercial research companies who make up so many obstacles just to not paying after I have spent time on answering questions. They usually should have screened my profile before giving me these survey access, then I have to input all demographics again, go through the 30 min, 50 min surveys, then the demographics for classification again, then a page saying that I'm not qualified or there're too many responses already...come on, who knows better than them that the quota is already met or the screening questions should already stated if I DNQ. If it is not stealing my brain, then what?
I used to do every of the survey they sent me but now, I'm selective to pick the shorter ones if it's sweepstakes only or a longer ones but decently paid.

When all that is being paid is the Ciao! bonus I don't do any that take more than 10 minutes and in general... unless they are paying at least $5 I don't do any that take more than 20 minutes. I don't put a lot of time into Greenfield or most survey sites except SS and most of that time is because of their technical issues rather than the surveys themselves. I mostly take surveys during breaks from working MT hits.

I didn't realize that it was for $1 until it was too late
The terms were unclear, I am still learning, and yes, they still manage to screw me over now and then. But, I did manage to hunt down nearly $100 of "kept" money from four different companies today.
It was totally misleading and I was under the impression that the invoke was going to pay along with the $1 initially agreed to as payment for the 5 minute survey. I had no idea that they were going to make that $1 payment all-inclusive.

Invokes are cool. You participate in an online panel with a moderator and other panelists. They show you product ideas and you answer the moderators questions. A lot of the time you can see other people's answers too and are given a thumbs up/thumbs down choice.
Painless, interesting, and pays better than surveys, but less than in person

Last week, Angela told me that Toluna was just finishing up their takeover of Greenfield. A few weeks before that, I received notification that your two cents was now Toluna, and Ciao has been a part of greenfield for a while. So when did Toluna actually acquire greenfield and what is the purpose of them lying to us about it?
