Forgive my ignorance, but what is an invoke? I only see where I am getting offers for surveys for either a sweepstakes entry or points, I don't see invokes anywhere.

You are not the only one. I have had to contact them over and over again about invokes I havent been paid for. In the end I do get paid but it is a pain in the azz. They have a new way of doing things that last few times i have contacted them. Now i just log into greenfield and click up at upper right where it says help. Then I click on helpdesk and fill out their form. They usually get back to me after a few days and will tell you either to wait and be patient or that they found the problem and account will be credited and the case is closed. Then they have the one where they tell you the project is still open even though you know others are paid.. Again they close the case but no money...so then you have to go back to your account click on helpdesk again and then click on my items. It will show you a history of your cases. Just click on the one at bottom that says reopen and type them another note and demand them tell you to explain why you are not getting the money credited in your account! That is what i have to do! Good luck and just know you are not alone.:wave:

BS. I just did one that lasted over 20 minutes and at the end I got the usual "Unfortunately..." crap. Between that and OO screwing me over with OTX surveys that take 25+ minutes and are never credited to my account... I wanna scream. Maybe I just need a nap.

It's not something once in the blue moon, it happens everywhere. Early this week, I did a survey for Global Test Market and it is 30 market points for completion. After more than 20 minutes and I was 98% of completion with the last screen saying thank you for your work blah blah blah. Then, I click the button "continue", it then gave me a blank page leading to nowhere. I email GTM for that as I believe that I have completed the survey and I deserved that 30 points. Yesterday, I received 2 emails from them saying that they have checked and confirmed that I have a screen out and I can be disqualified any time during the survey up to their client. The 2nd email stated that the case is considered closed. It's totally crap, 98% complete and then you screen me out? :eek: They are thieves on stealing my time which I can use for doing something else or just go to bed earlier.:mad:

Took that one too and near the end it told me there was a technical difficulty (this was while I was doing all the demographic questions). So I emailed them about the problem and got a response that they would give me the payment even though I didn't complete the survey. My time changed from 7 to 5 but my dollar amount went down to $25 instead of $30.

I'd love to get a survey from them that leads to an invoke. I've only gotten one and that was a few months ago.

Yup you gotta be early to these things now. It used to only be about 15 or 10 minutes before. These days, if you don't show up at least 30-20 minutes before it starts, you're probably out of luck lol. But here's good luck for you and more Invokeness in your future :woot:

Yep it tells you once you enter your login and password, theres just a message there that says its full. You dont even get to go to the chat area or see the presentation or anything, so you must be in.

It's working for me. I logged in 25 min early and my internet kicked me out 3 min before the session, I had to log back in but it's working.

It's up for me too. I accidentally refreshed the page. Logged right back in. But it did help that I logged in more than 20 minutes early lol

Believe it or not, I once did 3 at once. I was working on a slow moving Invoke and went to Greenfield because I was bored. It gave me an instant Invoke about cabinet hinges. While I was doing both, I continued on the Greenfield site and got ANOTHER instant Invoke on towel bars.

All of the survey sites are for suckers if you actually do all of the surveys. I spend about 5 minutes per site each day selectively choosing a few surveys to complete and DNQing myself instantly on all of the others. I enjoy PTs and Invokes. I can normally pick out which surveys will result in either a PT or an Invoke before I even start the study. If the company doesn't offer a few dollars incentive on the follow-up survey for a PT, then I don't do the follow-up. As for other surveys, I assume they will take about half the time stated (although this doesn't always work out). If they pay the equivalent of $20 per hour, I'll do them. In other words, if the survey claims to be 30 minutes, I assume it's 15 minutes, so it needs to pay $5 or I won't even start it.

If enough people would handle the sites this way, they will start paying again. The problem is that too many people ARE suckers and they'll spend 20-30 minutes per survey knowing that there's no incentive at the end.

Most of us don't do freebies, but try to find the product tests and surveys that pay $30-50/hr. That's good enough for me.

I have gotten great opportunities from Greenfield , I am not unhappy one bit.

Greenfield has been very good to me. Invokes and cash. They are good for $30 to $90 per month. I have no complaints aside from some annoying technical difficulties.
