**They sent log-in information about 2 weeks after I joined
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome to the L'Oreal USA Consumer Participation Program. We have a new Automated Research Communications System (ARCS). There are two numbers which you will need to use to participate in our studies pending qualification by web study recruitment. With these numbers we will be able to log in to see if you qualify for any studies. These two numbers are the Panelist ID and Password numbers shown above.
The ARCS system will require both of these numbers when you log in on a computer. Both these identifying numbers are very important and necessary, so please keep both these numbers handy.
You can log onto our website at anytime of the day or night and as often as you like. New studies are available weekly if not daily.
You can always call 732-680-5660 and some one will get back to you to address your questions or concerns.

The surveys are basically to get info on skin condition, products used, etc. They are really short surveys and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete them all

I live close enough to be able to go into their NJ location. They've called a few times with campaigns like having my hair dyed by them and being paid $30 for it as well as getting a gift bag as compensation. Unfortunately, the days that they were wanting me to come in I was unable to attend and had to decline.

lying and changing your true answer is not what these studies are for, they want real opinions from consumers that have the same demographics they are looking for.
