I live in the US so all the deals will be US based. It would be impossible for me to verify canadian deals. Sorry.

Well, what about just making a seperate forum listed just for Canadians, similer to the hot deals section, where deals are only verified by other users trying them. And they wont need to be put on the mainpage.

The canadian's can just hide in their own little world, like their use to doing =P

Why don’t you just start your own Canadian site – then you can reap all of the fame and benefits that it would entail…

Agreed, maybe just a filter would do the trick.

Like adding a ''works in Canada'' or a little maple leaf button or icon to certain retailers, that way, no hassle to the submitter and no work to do on the slickdeals.net staff (except implementation) as a fixed forum thread could be added to allow canucks to add 'Canadian friendly'' retailers.

Of course, the reverse, a US-only tag could also work and might actually be simpler if Slickdeals.net has global ambitions... :P

Considering the tough times, allowing Canadians to spend money in the US, is not a bad idea eh?

it would be helpful if you spot a canadian deal to just mod alert the post and we can add 'canada' to the title, eh? :P
