They send nice packages! Click on "Join the Dentek Nation" on the left of the page. (US only)

Done this for years and never got a thing. They keep saying they don't have enough companies signed up to send samples when I have asked when they are sending samples.
However, it appears to be USA only and I live in Canada so that might be why I never got anything. They should have told me though that it was USA only and not lied about not having enough companies signed up.
