Submitting the form is bringing some people back to a blank form, but if you try to sign up again it'll tell you that you're ineligible, in other words have already signed up, so the system IS recording your entries. Firefox might not work; try IE.

I don't know I just got the email today.

Just a heads up, when my daughter got this a couple of months ago from the last offer, inside the always sample was a coupon that I almost threw out but when I looked at it, it was for a Free Box of the always Infinity pads! I'm not sure if they will send it in this offer, but it does sound like the same thing, and worth checking for the coupon!
