I sign up with them a while back and did a survery and qualified for a PT, but never received it. I email them to see what the problem was and I never did get a response.

Weird...... I have only been able to get into on PT from them.....and that one was actually for my DH, but they did pay me quickly. Sorry you havent had good luck with them.

Not a waste of time at all. I LOVE this company. I have one right now where they're sending me a bottle of shaving gel every two weeks for 10 weeks. The initial screener paid $2 or $3, each bottle of gel gets a $5 follow-up survey ($25 total), then I get an extra $50 at the end if I've done all 5 surveys. I just completed survey #2 today and got bottle #3 in the mail today too.

the second survey is up now and has to be done by Midnite 9/23

Everytime I try to sign in, it says wrong user name and password.. Guess I forgot mine. How do you get them to send you yours? I don't see a button?

I was just about to send them an email about this, then re-read the letter. It says use it for 10 days THEN log in. Pretty sure we will get an email with the log-in info before then. ;)

I qualified. Who ever did not qualify you did not miss anything it is a 3 month PT, oct-jan with payment at the end.

I just checked the paper that came with my PT, and that doesn't have a ph# either -- just their email (support@inhomeproducttesting.com) and their mailing address (PO BOX 801, Mahwah, NJ, 07430).

Crap i sent them email thursday and sunday and they didnt answer me. I have 5th survey to complete by today and I havnt even received the product.

5x $5 + $25 if i complete all 5 but probably ill only get $20 since I only got 4 products to test.:mad:

I did three survey s,tested the fourth product and could n't do the fourth survey on time due to technical difficulties.I didn't read the fifth letter saying that I shouln't test the fifth product if I didn't complete the fourth survey.So ended up doing the test for 10 weeks and getting only $15...:mad:

Doh'- sorry! I have done so many recently I am getting them confused. The Amazon was a Datatelligence. The In Home was a Target GC and I just got it a few minutes ago! :bounce:

I agree about dq'ing on the "have you participated in the past X months in a focus group" ... I know people lie on that question... I like the ones that you say yes and then it asks you what was it about.. and if it has nothing to do with what they are studying you get to keep trying to qualify.

what sucks is that I use both products equally so I was like oh what to do? what to do? lol. so i picked the wrong one cause I dq'ed last time when I picked the opposite one! LOL. it's all good I am doing a PT for those types of products with another survey company anyway
