This is a web in Spanish where you register and just must to fill the short survey at the left side of the page, it's easy!!. Then they say you if you won or not $5 gift card of TARGET, STARBUCK or cash. If you won, you can read your name at the main page where say "Los Ganadores".

I have won some $5 gift cards, but they send you by regular mail, no by email, so you can receive it after 3 weeks aprox.
