based on my neighbor's experience over the past few years, they will usually continue sending this for free to any cancer patient. They do make you send them back a form each year that you have to sign saying you are who you are and you were or are a cancer patient. It's usually a fold-over postage paid type mailer.

This is a good magazine. I flip through it often when I take meals to my neighbor. It's very upbeat, positive and life-affirming. They frequently feature celebrity survivors. A good mag for Cancer patients and their families.
