You can choose to have the coupns mailed to you by clicking on the help link at the bottom of the brinks stuff. Now, I did notice that these are the things that people had invites for earlier. I'm assuming that by signing up and getting personally registered, I, too, will get offers to share with my friends.

This is doing the same thing to me, I can pick from Triscuit or 100 calorie granola bars but will not let me continue past the confirm mailing address!

Happened to me last night (and now it says there are no offers available.)

All you have to do is fill out an online survey, very general questions and you will get the magazine free. You can also choose to get online information from them.

I signed up the first days of October and never received my free product to test at home. I've since singed up for two new products about two weeks ago. I thought kraft would be better about sending out stuff. So far, 7 weeks from first offer and no product.

I just did contact us and asked how long it takes. I also said, "At this rate, it's not 'first taste' any longer. The very concept is that we try it 'first' but making us wait so long to receive it defeats the purpose.

Hmmm, I haven't had that problem before. Have you double checked your info they have on file, just to make sure the city is spelled correct? Other than that you might try contacting them. Good luck!

Me, too. I never got the cinnamon rolls. They told me to wait 12 weeks...its been WELL over 12 weeks. I even got a follow-up survey and the first question was did you receive the coupon to try the product. I answered, NO and I still had to complete the entire survey. Weird.:(

Kraft is reputable so this is so sad that they can't follow thru on their end and send the coupons and samples. I just got jello singles today so it took more than 2 months. Never got the Maxwell House, Triscuits or anything else. :-(

They told me they had a limited amount of coupons and have no more to offer. I fixed my address in their system for the third or fourth time. Maybe I'll be able to get something in a future campaign.

To me ....and maybe only to me ..it seems that they are just starting to send the first invites to the old members ( like me)....it used to be that the folks I sent the invites to got the next first taste emails before me ( my niece, DD and such... I am really frustrated with first taste. They only offer me the ability to print coupons (none of the local stores accept them). I wonder how they choose who to offer 10 invites and who to offer only internet coupons.

I am really frustrated with first taste. They only offer me the ability to print coupons (none of the local stores accept them). I wonder how they choose who to offer 10 invites and who to offer only internet coupons.

I totally agree - I only get the coupons too and they usually are not any better then you get in your local paper, what's the point.

I got an e mail a month ago stating that I would be getting a new offer "soon" to make amends for the expired MH coupon. I guess they are not in a hurry for me to try MH again. I am still waiting. I remember that the offer for the MH was from the first part of November. I guess somebody dropped the ball somewhere, as the coupons were not mailed out until it was too late to use the coupon. It seems a bit strange that people who have signed up do not get the free product coupon, but others who do get the free product coupon can send it to other people who are not even members? It seems a bit unfair and does not make sense. I e mailed a question one time and got a response that had nothing to do with the question. Hopefully it will improve......

Got the Kraft sandwich coupon today, plus one 1.50 off coupon-came pretty fast. Coupon expires 06/15/09.

I received my replacement coupon. It was quite awhile ago, within a couple days of notifying them of the expired ones.

It has been five months since we first ordered the coupon!!! They must have some free MH coupons somewhere to send out! I am still waiting also!

I have seen this happen several times, be sure to double-check your profile to be sure they have your address correct. That has been the problem in the past. Good luck!

The Simply cookies are not from Kraft or Nestle. They are from General Mills. The coupons came from PSSST and not First Taste. The cookies are a new product and I would imagine that is why you cannot locate them yet. I am going to wait for a deal to use my coupon!

Yeah, I was really disappointed for everyone that got invites and didn't get the free coupon. The email that we originally got from Pssst was really deceptive. Said we were going to try the product free and that we could invite friends and family to do the same but it was only the $1.50. I'm sure everyone thought it was going to be just like First taste because when you get the freebie coupon from them and are allowed to invite, your invites get the same.Hopefully you are signed up now with Pssst and can get the free coupon for the next offer!
