OXM Monobrow was the lucky man to play through the stunning single-player campaign and was blown away by it - we reckon it's the biggest blockbuster you'll see this year.

We've also spent a lot of our own time on the multiplayer in lunchtimes and evenings and that's awesome too. It's going to go straight to the top of the most-played games on Xbox Live, no question.

Hmmm i figured i was expecting all 10's on this game..... I really dont care if someone gave it a 3 this is still a first day purchase for me.... the original gears of war is what made me go get a 360 in the first place.

The pubs that gave games such as Halo 3, GTA4, MGS4 10's better damn well give this game a 10 (as long as it's as good as the first one). IMO the three games mentioned above aren't even as good as the original GoW.

If the campaign in GOW2 is as short as it was on the first one, I don't see it getting any 10s

i love it.. the sound for a headshot is awesome.. and its alot of fun blowing up people that think they are the best thing with a sniper rifle.. i really wish i could record the video like in halo 3..

I liked the first one and I'm sure Gears 2 will be great, I just don't se myself getting a system to play just one game, and more so if getting that system would be a reliability gamble

its not a bad game, its entertaining. the whole duck and cover thing is neat but can get pretty repetitive. if it wasnt for the great graphics and story i think i would suck.

It's a 9 because they expected to see a bigger jump. Epic kind of outdone themselves with Gears 1 visuals and now the 2nd comes out with the same Unreal Engine 3 it isn't all that groundbreaking or different compared to the 1st one.

In my opinion a 9 should be a great score for a game. Too many games get 10's and that's BS. There should be maybe one 10/10 a year.

yeah, same here. then i bought halo 3, played it a little while, sold it. bought GTA4, played it a little while, only reason I haven't sold it is because I haven't finished the single player.

I really don't know how any game magazine gave GTA IV a 10. I bought that game, played it once and off to ebay it went. Talk about Repetitive. Multiplayer was horrible

PSP failures I was LMAO Sony says they are investigating, then they call it a problem limited to a few systems then oh wait its a built in feature HA. I laugh in arrogance.

This turned out the best for me. DSi is a joke no need to replace my new DS Lite (with good non yellow tint screen)

But now its almost guranteed that the PSP 4000 will have a better screen and better yet be the PSP 2 we all really want. Sad thing is the PSP still doesn't have any relevant games worth playing

Its a fun game. and of the DS its sure does not need a controller you are thinking inside the box when you should be thinking outside the box.
