with all the new people who joined alot are reposting freebies. i know this has been discussed at length here but can we find someway to tell them to search for something before posting? a mandatory readme? maybe include to hit reply instead of starting a new thread.

A small note could easily be added at the top of the "Post New Thread" page, before the form. Something that suggests using the search function (link) before posting a new deal.

Those types of text blurbs, though, are often ignored. People just focus on the form and start entering their post...

I can't blame them tho' for being excited about wanting to post something for thier first time. :)

I think we won't have many of those posts anymore from new members as the t-shirts have been given away already (I think, didn't receive a PM that I was one of the choosen).
