I could think of several things, but the first is how great a gift this would turn into for christmas. I've been looking to buy one of these for my HT since 2006. I ended up building an adhoc solution using my laptop, a docking station, an external HD and a wireless keyboard. I almost NEVER use it because my receiver only has 2 HDMI inputs, so I have to unplug my DVD player, dock my laptop and turn on the external HD. It is a minor PITA, so I rarely do it anymore.

I'm really glad I saw this, because even if I don't win I think I definitely need this. As a bio major at my school, I learned that the best way to learn hard scientific material is to make up your own little creative, wacky stories to help you remember all the technical, hard things. When I took intro bio with my friends, I shared some of my stories and it helped all of them A LOT, and they told me I should pursue making a business out of it and developing the stories into films or texts, and then distribute it to college kids who are really having a hard time in these "weed-out" classes. Hi All, especially Mvix :)
You all know from my previous posts of ?s what I would use this lovely
ultra-modern device for. Of course... to store the complete Bible and all my Bible based movie dvds and short Bible based dramas for easy and convenient viewing and for sharing with others.
This would certainly be the talk of my friends and neighbors if I, being so computer crummy were to show up with such a sweet device loaded and ready to show on their tv screens my collection.
