Having a son with Autism, sometimes he wants to watch his sensory images and videos on the computer at times when the computer is in use by other family members or if we are at friends or relatives' homes. I will use this device when my wife watches her soaps in the evening since we record them on our DV-R. My mp3 player was crushed accidentally when I was dropping a garbage bag into the trash-compactor. The super in my building allowed us to go down into the basement and sift through garbage (do not ever do this very disgusting), I saw my mp3 player it was crushed all and a little circuit board was sticking out of the side, the lcd was all inky and well I regretted even thinking a little bit that it would have been okay despite going through a trash compactor. Being disabled and living with my elderly Mom, this would be perfect for me to share with her whatever i found interesting on the internet and/or on TV. As I have limited mobility as does my Mom this would be a perfect solution for each of us to share items of interest. My Mom is is not very tech oriented, and can't use a PC at all, and the 'new' cable TV confuses her, and to be honest me too at times. This would be a perfect way to show her the wonders that are available out there. If I don't win, I would consider purchasing this item, depending on the price of course.
