Well since its the season. I would have to set this up for my sister and her boyfriend who are now out of work since the falling of the U.S. dollar. They need to be looking for jobs so I could fill this with movies for them to watch when there free to spend time doing so, and if it works as well as I hope I'll buy one for me. :D

This device looks very interesting.. Do you know if you can interface with the Media Center TV Guide to stream and watch live HD television?

Beyond that, I just picked up a "FREE!!!" 46" HDTV yesterday that my neighbors kicked to the curb. Time to replace the two IC Chips and two Fuses for about $20. ;-) As soon as the ICs come in, this would compliment it VERY NIcely since I only have the single MCE PC in my house. :-)

At first I would use the Mvix (MX-780DVI) to access my audio collection that I recently ripped to MP3. This would allow playback through my stereo system. I just recently purchased a HDTV, so this would also enable me to access stored videos and movies which would be really nice. Ripping my CDs to MP3 freed up a lot of shelf space after moving the physical CDs into storage, so doing the same with the DVDs provide the same since I could now watch them via the Mvix. The Internet radio feature of the Mvix would be really nice to have as well since a couple of my favorite stations do not compe across the airwaves very well at in the area I live. Thanks Slickdeals for the opportunity to enter this give away for a very useful device!

Well, like I said in the previous giveaway, I have a son with Autism. This would help as a diversion for him when we are overwhelmed with keeping him occupied. He can watch his sensory videos and images on slideshow to stimulate him and keep him calm so that my wife and I can have a few minutes to ourselves. That would help us out a lot.

I have been planning to have a "Media Room" for quite some time now. At first, after reading various forums and websites, the task seemed pretty daunting. However, the more I read about it, the easier it seems to be. Then comes the MX-780DVI.

Most of the websites that have reviewed this piece of hardware give it good reviews and lots of 'stars.' I really like the idea of having internet radio. Most of the stations in my area play music I do not like. (Most music in the late 2000's, in my opinion, is just hogwash. But that's another topic, hehe.) So, having decent quality music at my fingertips is amazing! Yes!

I also like that fact that you can install a HDD into the unit as opposed to already having one bundled with it. More options is always better!!!

So, I have told my friends about this promotion as well. Even though I wanted to keep this to myself! :) Good luck to everyone!

Thanks for Mvix for the giveaway and most importantly, thanks to SlickDeals.net for making this awesome forum! SlickDeals was one of my first pages to bookmark!

Ciao!
