Ok, how long should a screen protector last? I've got one on my phone, and it's made it about 4 months, but it needs replacing. Is that about right, or was this a crappy protector?

^ definitely more than 4 months! I have one on a a handful of my devices from javoedge and they do great with the proper installation.

The one on my curve now has been fine since last august!

A screen protector on a Zune should last a year or more with proper installation. A protector on a PDA may need replacment quarterly depending on how often you use a stylus. My Palm PDA with a Boxwave screen protector lasts about 3-5 months before it starts looking shabby.
