I have been wanting a DSLR and was checking around here the other night and i saw the deals with the Cashback from live.com. Well i found the XS 18mm -55mm kit from zipzoomfly.com. I know alot of online stores are garbage with the upselling and stuff but this site is the real deal. 492.99 and then 147.90 back. Thats a grandtotal of 345.09. Do you think i should jump on it now or wait it out for a couple more weeks:confused:

Thanks in advance

As always, prices will come down if you wait, but it's unknown how long you must wait.

*** HUGE *** YMMV.

Saw the Rebel XS for $250 @ Office Depot today !!! They are having their Red-Tag Sale 50% off. I wonder if Staples will match - they should, right?

first rule: DO NOT CALL!!!

not likely that the XS model is clearance priced yet. most likely, it is the XT or XTi, the older models. I heard that the XTi was that price after 50% off, and went to my local store. they did have the older XT for $480 with 50% off. they had the better XTi for $400, no % off. I tried to get the manager to at least get the base price of the XT down to match the XTi, but no go.
