Verification of Sponsor Offer Participation. Following USASurveyGroup's receipt of such verification from the last of the requisite number of Sponsors, USASurveyGroup will send an email message to you with instructions on how to redeem your offer and ask you to confirm your delivery address where the Revlon 3D Extreme Mascara in Black will be shipped. The qualification time varies by Sponsor, but may be in excess of 30 days. Once you receive your email notification that you have qualified for your gift you must complete and satisfy the instructions within 90 days from the date of qualification. just for fun I signed this up a few hours ago at a newly aquired email addy that I havent signed ANYTHING up for at...stopped after the first 2 pages realizing how stupid this was...went back just now and there were 6 emails(spam) at this addy...like I said...I have never signed anything up there...so I can say absolutely positively...this is a phishing site (if there was any question in the first place)

I went through the process of getting this "free" mascara and I replied "NO" to all the questions and AM NOW GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM SOLICITORS!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.
