You have to be logged in and I dont know exactly where it is but after I declined my directors selection there was a banner that said free dvd when you go paperless. I would guess you could just go to your preferences and select go paperless but im not 100% sure that would work for the free dvd.

You need to be inrolled in there thing to get the dvd... bad find for those that are not enrolled...

I just did it. I logged in, closed the window, maintaining the cookie for my account number.

I clicked the link and it took me to the page. I changed my membership from paperless to paper and closed the window again.

I clicked the link one more time, this time it came up as Paper or Postal Mail. Once I clicked on the Paperless option, a new link appeared to pick a DVD. I picked a DVD and it went through, perfect and even free shipping. The list is limited, but it works!!
