Cell Phone Plan Question(s)

I see that on Amazon there are a good amount of deals with blackberry phones and other phones. Usually free with 2yr contract etc... I was wondering if I could also get the employee discount if I go through Amazon. Is there a procedure by which I can get an Amazon deal then call to get the employee discount?

Also I was wondering if there are any cell phones with true GPS, not A-GPS where you have to have to use your data plan to utilize the GPS capabilities.

I have successfully purchased a Blackberry off Amazon and then at a later time put it on a corporate discount plan...ended up getting 15% off per month. But I had to do it through my company, who had a special contact at T-Mobile to set it up.
