not verbatim, but office depot has the ativa brand media on clearance. there is a thread about it. i got the DVD+R DL 25pk for about 7.99. good luck

Check buy.com and newegg.com They often have very good deals on Verbatim media.
Best deal right now is:
Newegg - 100 spindle for 27.99 with free shipping and there is an $8 rebate.

OOOPs. Just noticed you wanted DL discs. Sorry, don't know what a good deal is on those as I have not purchased them before.

The best DL i have used are Verbatim (made in Singapore)
Right now at Microcenter the pack of 20 is for 25 bucks
You will never have worry while using them. Of course there are cheaper versions also available

That Verb 100-pk is one of the items I was looking for but the deal/rebate I looked for had ended. I'll be getting some of those thank you.
I've read much of Verb DL being the only DL worth buying.

I have used OD stock for everyday SL use and throwaway DL media.
I picked-up a 100-pk SL for $7.49 and 25-pk DL for $4.74 on clearance.
