I know this has been asked before, but technology changes and prices drop, so here it goes again:
I am looking for a HDTV media player that can handle all of the major media formats and codecs. I know the Western Digital media player has been going for $99, but I was hoping to find something that also connects to a network and can play media files off of SMB (standard file sharing) shared folder(s) on a network. In would be great to find something that did both network and USB hard drive playing. Whats out there, because I have not found anything new and reasonably priced? Do any of the blueray players have network media players built in?
