I am looking for a deal on the Canon Speedlite 580EX II Electronic Flash. If anyone knows of one please let me know. I know back on 11/28/08 people were snagging them for $225 shipped using all kinds of ebay coupons and livecashback coupons. any help would be great. thank you.

I'm am looking at the Canon Speedlite 430EX II Flash, but I would love the 580EX II.

I just got an estimate on getting my Rebel XT fixed and they want to charge me $215! :mad: The flash quick working, so I'm going to invest in an external flash instead. :)

Be wary of eBay camera dealers, sometimes it's worth paying a bit for a premium to ensure you're not getting graymarket items, especially lenses.
