Battery Charger

[Approach]

I have a great 1.5 Battery Tender which I love. However I also need a battery charger capable of recharging a dead car battery safely, and go to float mode after it reaches a optimum charge. I bought this piece of crap from Harbor Freight which I do not trust at all

So if anyone knows of a decent one that has several charge settings that is a good deal, I'd appreciate the suggestion.

The float mode is best done with the chargers called Battery Tender.

But the one that charge from dead.. that'll be hard to find.

I had a Schumacher that was 100/15/2 charger, but as I recall it was $150

I would like to get a similar one, but at a good deal, so anyone knowing of a deal please post it.
