Is it possible to negotiate with the sales representatives to lower the prices?

Go shop the new phones and the plans. Most carriers are giving away good phones with a two year contract. The word in the wireless fourms is that a BIG war for subscribers is comming in January because that is when most people are out of their contracts. Start shopping phones now and name your terms in January. Good luck.
