PayPal coupon code?

I've searched but haven't been able to find any working 10% or 15% coupon codes. I guess CSHOPEBAY2008 is expired. Can anyone help?

To use a paypal coupon they must be sent to you by PayPal

I know that SOME codes work that way, but I'm pretty sure there are others that are more "generic" and work with just about anyone because I used one posted last month to make a purchase.
