My nephew would like World of Warcraft for Christmas. If he had told me sooner I would have checked the BF deals but, I only learned of his request last night.
Any help finding a deal would be appreciated.
BTW....I have no interest in anyone's personal opinions on this game. Please just help me find a deal.

I just bought one a week ago off of barnes and noble online. it was $20 plus S&H.

Thanks for the reply geccka but I think maybe you bought the WoW game. I need the Battlechest. It has the game and an expansion game plus 2 guides and 14 days playing time.

It was $15 at circuitcity on BF. Amazon had if for $25 a couple days ago.. back to $40 now.
Walmart and a few other places are mysteriously no longer listing the item (this is very recent).
I would keep a sharp eye out, as most stores seem to be clearancing the battle chest. But you may go ahead and buy it at full price just to insure you have the game, then buy another copy if you find it cheaper, and return the original (or on its receipt) for the difference. I'm personally watching for another $20 or less deal, as I meant to grab 2 additional copies instead of 1 on BF.
btw, unless i'm mistaken, the chest includes a full 30 days.
Wrath of the Lich King, is of course, not included. However for a new player, this isn't neccessary for several months, by which time it's price should drop.

The best deal I can find is on eBay, $25 shipped. You may also want to check your local craigslist as mine had quite a few. This bundle comes with 30days of playtime.

I want to thank you all for your help. Shockr, I guess we think alike. I went ahead and bought it for $39.99 , just to avoid being empty handed on the 25th. It looks like BB will have it on sale this Sunday so I will grab it then for 10 bux less and return the other. Luckily the 2 stores are very close.
