i was also really surprised by their customer service (because i placed my order twice:-(
they fixed the problem right away. and as soon as i got off the phone - few minutes later i got tracking conf # them that my order has been shipped ;)

it worked just fine yesterday for everything, no restrictions:-( i was able to place my order for skis. "edit" i just checked and it works" !!!!!


They also have price match policy good for 15 days after your purchase. If you find same product anywhere cheaper they can do adjustment.
