Does anybody know of any credit card offer with 0% APR on balance transfer and no finance charge. I found a lot with 0% APR but they all are asking for a 3% Fee.
Thanks

I personally just got a Chase with 15 month no APR, no finance charge on balance transfer. Unfortunately it was sent through the mail, so I don't know how you could get comparable.

Most 12-month BT offers currently have a fee. One of the last cards (Associated Bank / Citibank) that had 12-month 0% APR no fee BT offer and that I was aware of was killed 1 - 2 weeks ago.
You did not mention what 0% APR period you are looking for (I understand that the longer the better). Is a 6-month period OK with you? When I sort BT offers by the length of intro BT period (e.g. here (http://btprofits.com/credit/card/Regular/Promo_Balance_Transfer_APR/sorted_by_maximal_balance_transfer_fee/index.php)), I can only see 6-month offers from IberiaBank. Considering the recent trends on the credit card market, I would not be surprised to see them gone too in a not so distant future.
